Among the condensation pipes, at least condensation pipes in the right and left side walls of the box body are installed between the vacuum heat insulation material 17 and the outer box 19.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of excessive use of a sealant and certainty of sealing in manufacturing a heat insulating box.
      SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the heat insulating box comprises a first step of forming an outer plate having cutouts in two parts of opposed long sides by carrying out cut press working of a rectangular sheet metal, a second step of forming a flange part and a flange lower part by carrying out roll forming work of the long sides, a third step of applying foam rubber to the upper face of the flange lower part located in a distance of 300 mm or less from the cutout parts, a fourth step of forming an outer box by bending the outer plate in portal shape at the cutout parts, a fifth step of inserting an inner box into the outer box, a sixth step of mounting a bottom plate and a back face plate, and a seventh step of injecting a foam undilluted solution reaching a viscosity of 300 cps in three to six seconds from a point of time of being left in the atmosphere, into a space formed by the outer box, the inner box and the back face plate.
