SOLUTION: A failure relevant map analyzer 108 creates a failure relevant map equivalent to an estimated value of the probability that two or more different parts of a development product simultaneously include a failure. A failure part estimating device 500, using the failure relevant map, specifies and displays defect candidate relevant information determined to have high possibility of existence of a failure based on information acquired by execution of the test.
