    • A hook seat tightening structure for ship covers comprises a body constituted by a seat and a housing, wherein two rollers, one turntable, one wheel, one lock bolt, and one lock member are located therein. A depressing piece and a tenon are located at two sides of the lock bolt respectively. The lock bolt can be rotated and elastically restored by the tenon, which is connected with a spring. The depressing piece is pressed against one-way ratchets on the turntable, and the lock bolt can be rotated subject to a control by a key. A rope enters and is reeved on the turntable and wheel, to constitute a tightening device permitting a one-way gliding of the rope. Accordingly, when the lock member is locked by rotating the key, the tenon on the lock member can be latched on the depressing piece of the lock bolt, thereby achieving a locking function.

    • An awning supported on roof panel for use outdoors mainly includes an automatic shade roller, a plurality of supporting frames, and a plurality of adjustable sucker units coupled with the supporting frames. Each of the supporting frames is provided at two lateral sides with two elongated slots, in which the sucker units may be shifted to a desired position relative to the supporting frame. The supporting frame is integrally provided below each lateral side with two vertical framing walls, and at a central top portion with a raised pad that has two mortises formed at two diagonally opposite corners. With the above arrangements, the shade roller, the supporting frames, and the sucker units may be easily assembled for mounting on a roof panel to provide an awning for use outdoors without using any tool.

The automotive windshield and sunshield cover structure includes a windshield cover for removably covering a windshield of a vehicle, the windshield cover having an upper edge, two lateral sides extending from the upper edge, and a lower edge opposing the upper edge and connecting with the two lateral sides; a first extension portion extended outward from the windshield cover, disposed at one of the two lateral sides, and positioned proximate to the upper edge; a second extension portion extended outward from the windshield cover, disposed at another one of the two lateral sides, and positioned proximate to the upper edge; at least one reticular vent portion is formed on the windshield cover.     • A convertible container for vehicle includes: (1) a main board which is made of a tenacious foam material that has air rooms; the main board being a cross-linked polyolefine foam material, such as cross-linked polyethylene foam material, cross-linked polypropylene foam and foam EVA, i.e., ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, while said foam material has a thickness of about 3 mm to 5 mm, and one or two sides thereof being laminated with various materials, such as polyester fabric, gloss polyester sheet, electroplated plastic sheet or wear-proof thermoplastic synthetic elastomer to form a composite foam board, thereby enhancing the aesthetic feeling and durability; (2) two side boards symmetrically provided at the two sides of the main board; and (3) plurality of zippers sewn at the peripheries of the main board and the side boards. Thereby, the main board and the two side boards can be folded and combined with the zippers to form a convertible container.
