    • A matrix resistive touch panel including a plurality of first sensing electrodes, a plurality of second sensing electrodes, a control circuit and a compensating circuit is provided. Each first sensing electrode has a first end and a second end. Each second sensing electrode has a third end and a fourth end. The compensating circuit is electrically connected to the control circuit, the first and the second ends of the first sensing electrodes, and the third and the fourth ends of the second sensing electrodes. The compensating circuit is used for equating a plurality of first impedances between the first ends and the control circuit, equating a plurality of second impedances between the second ends and the control circuit, equating a plurality of third impedances between the third ends and the control circuit, and equating a plurality of fourth impedances between the fourth ends and the control circuit.

    • An input device and a control parameter adjusting method thereof are provided. The input device includes a first storage unit, a second storage unit and a control unit. The first storage unit is configured to store a plurality of control parameters, wherein each of the control parameters indicates a judgment standard of an input action of the input device. The second storage unit is configured to store firmware. The control unit coupled to the first storage unit and the second storage unit is configured to select a best control parameter from the control parameters according to an input control signal and program the best control parameter into the firmware. Wherein the input control signal is generated corresponding to the input action of the input device.

    • An electronic apparatus including an electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuit, an abnormal voltage detection circuit, an internal circuit and a blocking circuit is provided. The ESD protection circuit receives a plurality of input signals for preventing an abnormal high voltage damage produced by an ESD phenomenon on a path for delivering the input signals, and correspondingly outputs a plurality of voltage-dropped input signals. The input signals include a control signal set and a data signal set. The abnormal voltage detection circuit is coupled to the ESD protection circuit. The abnormal voltage detection circuit receives the voltage-dropped input signals, and produces a blocking control signal according to voltage levels of the voltage-dropped input signals. The blocking circuit is used for receiving the blocking control signal and blocking the control signal set from delivering to the internal circuit according to the blocking control signal.
