    • A device for clamping electromagnetically molds of the injection molding machine comprises a stand on which a fixed board and a guiding mechanism are mounted. A movable board is slidably mounted on the guiding mechanism to slide back and forth in relation to the fixed board. The fixed board is provided with a male mold mounted thereon. The movable board is provided with a female mold mounted thereon. The sliding motion of the movable board toward the fixed board brings about the mold opening action, the mold closing action, and the mold locking action. The movable board and the fixed board are provided with a magnetic force generating mechanism for effecting attraction or repulsion between the movable board and the fixed board. The attraction serves to effect the mold closing action and the mold locking action. The repulsion serves to effect the mold opening action.

    • A mold for molding a green body for manufacturing a zirconium oxide dental implant includes a first molding part and a second molding part. The first and second molding parts each has a first imprinting inner surface and two none-thread inner surfaces for forming the external of the green body with two external thread sections and two none-thread sections. The mold may also include a driving mechanism, a polygonal conical slider and a screw thread forming rod. The polygonal conical slider can be driven for axially sliding into the mold cavity without rotation. The screw thread forming rod is coaxially and slidably penetrated the polygonal conical slider and driven by the driving mechanism for screwing into the mold cavity and unscrewing out of the mold cavity thereby forming the inner of the green body with an internal thread and a polygonal tapering section.

    • A plasticizing unit for micro injection molding machine, associated with an injection machine, is comprised of a housing and a disk-like rotor, wherein the disk-like rotor is installed inside the housing and kept rotating continuously. When plastic or resin pellets is fed into the housing from an inlet, a heating and mixing process is performed between the disk-like rotor and the inner wall of the housing; and then, the pellets would be transferred into a molten state as non-Newtonian fluid; therefore, while the first vertical normal force in the fluid is greater than the centrifugal force thereof, the molten fluid shall not moves outwardly but would flow inwards to the center of the disk-like rotor by rod climbing effect; therefore, an extrusion pressure would be built up at the disk-like rotor center, by which the molten and well mixed plastic or resin can be delivered from the outlet of the housing to the heating cylinder of the micro injection molding machine, injection molding can be completed through an injection plunger.
