    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid conveying device capable of conveying gas or liquid with superior rate of flow and output pressure. SOLUTION: The fluid conveying device is composed of a valve seat, valve cap, valve film, a plurality of buffer chambers, a vibratory membrane, and an actuator, wherein the valve film is located between the valve seat and the valve cap and has a plurality of hollow valve switches including at least a first valve switch and a second valve switch. The plurality of buffer chambers include a first buffer chamber between the valve film and the valve cap and a second buffer chamber between the valve film and the valve seat. The vibratory membrane is separated from the valve cap when the conveying device is out of operation, and thereby designates a pressure cavity, while the actuator is connected with the membrane. In case the actuator must make deformation inevitably, the membrane in connection with the actuator is transmitted so that the capacity of the pressure cavity changes, resulting in generating a pressure difference which can move the fluid.
