摘要： Apparatus for continuously vulcanizing a covered material on a conductor comprises a feed device for feeding the conductor in one direction at a constant speed and an extruder for applying the covered material to the conductor fed from the feed means. A vulcanizing tube extends from the extruder, the cable passing through the vulcanizing tube. The vulcanizing tube has a curing section extending from its inlet to a location intermediate its inlet and outlet. A take-off device is disposed forwardly of the vulcanizing tube for hauling the cable. A load applying device is disposed between the extruder and the take-off device for applying a load to the traveling cable at a location forwardly of the curing section of the vulcanizing tube, so that a tension exerted on the cable in a direction opposite to the direction of travel of the cable is applied to the traveling cable.

摘要： A method of producing a superconducting cable or a coil including an A-B-C-D system superconductor where the A includes an element of group IIIa of the Periodic Table, the B an element of group IIa of the Periodic Table, C copper, D oxygen. A plurality of filaments are selected from a copper alloy filament including: a copper alloy filament including the A element; copper alloy filament including the B element; a copper alloy filament including both the elements the A and the B; a first metallic filament having particles of a copper oxide, copper halide or copper sulfide dispersed therein; a second metallic filament coated with an oxide layer; a copper filament containing the A element and having particles of a copper oxide, copper halide or copper sulfide dispersed therein; a copper filament containing the B element and having particles of a copper oxide, copper halide or copper sulfide dispersed therein; a third metallic filament containing the A element and coated with an oxide layer; a fourth metallic filament containing the B element and coated with an oxide layer; the first to fourth metallic filaments being substantially free of any component which provides an adverse effect on the production of the superconductor. The selected filaments are arranged to form element filaments bundle so that the superconductor is produced in a subsequent heat treatment. The bundle is drawn and then heated under an oxidizing atmosphere for producing the superconductor.

摘要： A fuel vapor processor has a fuel tank, a canister, a recovery pipe, a fuel pump, a negative pressure generator, a pressure regulator, a fuel intake pipe and a fuel intake regulator. The vapor pipe leads the fuel vapor generated in the fuel tank into the canister for trapping the fuel vapor. The recovery pipe connects the fuel tank and the canister for recovering the fuel vapor trapped in the canister into the fuel tank. The fuel intake pipe directly connects the fuel pump provided in the fuel tank with the negative pressure generator for leading fuel to the negative pressure generator. The negative pressure generator generates negative pressure depending on an amount of fuel supplied to the negative pressure generator from the fuel pump. The fuel vapor trapped in the canister is recovered to the fuel tank through the recovery pipe due to the negative pressure. The pressure regulator is connected with the fuel pump for returning excess fuel discharged from the fuel pump into the fuel tank. The fuel intake regulator disposed on the fuel intake pipe controls the amount of the fuel supplied to the negative pressure generator from the fuel pump.

摘要： The present inventors isolated clone BM095 from a human antibody phage library, which had a strong growth inhibitory activity in the IL-31-dependent Ba/F3 cell growth assay system. When administered to pruritus model mice, the anti-mouse NR10 neutralizing antibody exhibited a marked symptom-suppressing effect. 摘要： The present inventors obtained, from a phage library of human antibodies, an anti-mouse NR 10 neutralizing antibody-expressing BM095 clone that shows a strong proliferation-suppressing activity in an IL-31-dependent Ba/F3 cell proliferation assay system. When this anti-mouse NR 10 neutralizing antibody was administered to NC/Nga mice, a model of atopic dermatitis which is a mouse model of chronic dermatitis that arises as a result of repeated applications of picryl chloride, a mouse model of rheumatoid arthritis, and a mouse model of osteoarthritis, a significant effect of symptom suppression was observed. This revealed that the anti-NR 10 neutralizing antibody is indeed effective as a therapeutic agent for inflammatory diseases. In addition, the present inventors successfully obtained an anti-human NR 10 neutralizing antibody, providing extremely useful therapeutic agents with practical clinical applications.
