The plurality of entitlement tables may have a priority hierarchy, wherein the priority hierarchy defines a higher priority entitlement table as being dominant to a lower priority entitlement table.

摘要： A relational database trigger that accesses a distributed database table is initially created. This relational database trigger is defined prior to executing a first set of instructions, which are designed to be executed by a local first computer. The first set of instructions is executed until the relational database trigger is encountered, which causes a distributed database table to be accessed. Using information from the distributed database table, a dummy file is transmitted to a remote second computer. In response to the remote second computer receiving the dummy file, a scheduler searches the specific file location on the remote second computer for the dummy file. If the scheduler detects the dummy file at the specific file location, the remote second computer initiates execution of the second set of instructions.

摘要： The present invention is directed toward dynamic downloading of keyboard keycode data to a networked client. According to one or more embodiments of the present invention, a user logs into a networked client by presenting a smart card to a card reader attached to the client (or by some other authentication mechanism) and enters a PIN into the keyboard. The keycodes entered by the user logging into the client are obtained, translated into ASCII characters, and presented to the smart card. If the PIN is correct, the user is able to log in, otherwise the log in fails. In one embodiment, when the user enters the PIN, a translation table is downloaded from the server into the client. The client uses the translation table to convert the keycodes to ASCII text and presents the ASCII text to the smart card for authentication.
