摘要： A flat panel display with good color mixture of three primary colors to achieve different hues and little signal delay is provided. The display includes signal lines including scan lines and data lines intersecting the scan lines, both arranged along straight lines. Red, green, and blue pixel driving circuit regions are defined by the intersection of the scan lines and the data lines. The pixel driving circuit regions having the same color are arranged adjacent to one another along a column direction. Red, green, and blue pixel driving circuits are placed in the pixel driving circuit regions and are coupled to the red, green, and blue pixel electrodes. The pixel electrodes are adjacent to pixel electrodes of a different color along both row and column directions.

摘要： The present invention is related to an OLED display, and one aspect of the OLED display includes a substrate member, an insulating layer formed on the substrate member, a metal wire formed on the insulating layer and having a plurality of joining enhancement holes, a sealant formed on the metal wire, and a sealing member attached on the sealant. In some embodiments, the joining enhancement holes efficiently suppress stripping of the sealant from the metal wire, since the sealant can integrally bond with the interlayer insulating layer through the joining enhancement holes. This feature may compensate for any weak bonding adherence between the sealant and metal wire. In some embodiments, the area of the joining enhancement holes may range from about 5% to about 60% of the entire area of the metal wire.

摘要： An organic light emitting display device and a method of fabricating the same are provided. A trench is formed in a planarization layer, and then a first electrode is formed to have opposite ends in the trench, thereby reducing a height difference between the planarization layer and the first electrode. That is, the thickness of a pixel defining layer formed on the first electrode may be reduced by reducing or minimizing protrusion of the first electrode with respect to the planarization layer. Thus, transfer efficiency can be increased when an organic layer is formed by a laser induced thermal imaging method, and reliability of a device can be improved by reducing or preventing thermal damage of the organic layer and open defects.
