    • A wireless transmission system is provided for receiving a wireless signal in a wireless electronic device. The wireless transmission system includes a first antenna for vertical polarization, a second antenna for horizontal polarization, a sensor module for sensing pose status of the wireless electronic device and generating a control signal, and a controllable switch coupled to the first antenna and the second antenna for selecting one of the first antenna and the second antenna as an active antenna for receiving the wireless signal according to the control signal. With the aid of the two antennas, signal that comes from any direction can be received efficiently. Furthermore, one omni-directional antenna is used for transmitting signal. All the antennas are internal, and have better throughput performance than external antennas.

    • A thermal cutoff circuit for an electronic device including a power unit, a thermal sensor, a logic unit, and a power switch unit is provided. The power unit includes a power switch for powering up the thermal cutoff circuit with a supply voltage in response to a user event. The thermal sensor provides an active thermal sense signal and an inactive thermal sense signal when a temperature of the electronic device exceeds a threshold and does not exceed the threshold, respectively. The logic unit provides an inactive cutoff signal and provides an active cutoff signal respectively according to the inactive thermal sense signal and the active thermal sense signal. The power switch unit powers the electronic device up according to the inactive cutoff signal and stops powering up the electronic device according to the active thermal sense signal.

    • An antenna structure and its manufacture method are disclosed. The antenna structure is applied to an electronic device and wirelessly operated at least a frequency band. The antenna structure includes a first antenna body, a second antenna body connected to the first antenna body through a third body. The first antenna body is provided for generating radiations. The second antenna body is connected to the first antenna body through the third body. The second antenna body has a folding portion upwardly extended from a tail portion of the second antenna body to reflect scattered radiations generated by the first antenna body to increase broadband, and at least two beveled edges are formed at a side of the first antenna body to increase peak gain. The antenna structure is a PIFA antenna, and the folding portion is upwardly extended toward the first antenna body, thereby completely reflecting scattered radiations.
