    • An improved ceramic valve core with snapping functions for the cold/hot separation point having a valve casing, rotary driving pedestal, brake valve stem, rotating axle, base and ceramic valve set. A protruding portion is formed onto one end of the rotating axle and protruded outside of the flanged tube of the rotary driving pedestal. An elastomeric snapping clip is assembled between the reducing circular frame of the valve casing and the flanged tube. A snapping flange is formed from the snapping clip, such that elastic clamping effect is generated when the protruding portion is mated with the snapping flange under the action of the rotary driving pedestal. An elastic locator is set correspondingly to the snapping clip such that the snapping clip can be assembled in a limited state. Minimized components are required to form the ceramic valve core, thus lowering the cost, improving the control and extending service life.

    • The present invention provides a spool seat with a positioning structure, which resolves the shortcomings of the assembly of a typical spool ceramic disc and spool seat. The spool seat of the present invention is provided with a chamber space for locating the fixed ceramic disc. The chamber space is provided with an internal locating portion which comprises an internal locating flange and external locating flange. An external locating portion is protruded from the chamber space. The chamber space is divided into inlet space and outlet space via the arrangement of internal locating portion. It is possible to eliminate the space restrictions for the fixed ceramic disc, and also prevent the rotation and slide or displacement when the fixed ceramic disc is assembled into the chamber space of the spool seat.

    • The present invention provides a water control valve with snapping action. The valve shell of the water control valve includes a main body and combined base. A snapping assembly is arranged between the main body and combined base, being in snap-fit engagement, so that the inner space of the valve shell expands to accommodate more switching valve assemblies for better applicability. When the main body is coupled with the combined base, the overlapped portion of the main body and combined base can be reduced by configuration of the snapping assembly, thereby optimizing the utilization of the inner space. So, the switching valve assemblies of different dimensions and specifications are suitable for a wider range of applications.

The valve case encased the valve and the switch mount therein is adapted to the faucet body and screw joined thereto via the locking ring unit thereof; the core shaft thereof is screw joined to the faucet handle via an externally threaded upper section thereof. In operation, the faucet handle is pushed forwards or downwards, bending said core shaft of the control stick which will move an upper switch valve of said switch mount therewith via the arc actuation block, for water to be channeled via a lower switch valve for the discharge of cold or hot water for use. To adjust water temperature, the faucet handle thereof is first bent forwards and then switched to the right or left to activate the upper switch valve thereof so as to adjust the amount of cold or hot water channeled via the lower switch valve thereof to be discharged at a desirable temperature for use.

    • A ceramic valve with an intermediate section having cold water supply function, which comprising: a valve casing, rotary driving seat, braking valve rod, pedestal, fixed valve block, rotary valve block and coupling seat; of which the coupling seat is assembled securely on top surface of the rotary valve block; it is characterized by that: a driven slot, recessed into an off-center position on top surface of the coupling seat; the toggle end at lower end of the braking valve rod is inserted into said driven slot, and there is an active clearance between the driven slot and toggle end; a biased rotary support unit, comprising of a flanged axle and an axle hole that are sleeved together in a rotatable state; said flanged axle and axle hole are separately arranged at top surface of the coupling seat and an off-center position on bottom surface of the inner seating portion of the rotary driving seat; hence, a biased rotary support position is shaped between the rotary driving seat and coupling seat; when the braking valve rod swings to an oblique water supply mode from the preset intermediate section, the toggle end at lower end of the braking valve rod will linearly toggle the driven slot, then the coupling seat along with the rotary valve block may rotarily shift by taking the biased rotary support unit as a rotary pivotal point, so the water flow control slot is only connected with the cold water through-hole in a cold water supply mode. Hence, the cold water supply function of the ceramic valve's intermediate section could prevent scalding and meet the resetting habit of the user for the handle of the dual-temperature faucet with improved applicability.

    • The present invention provides a water control valve core with a segmented locking function. The invention includes a valve casing, a brake unit, and a water control element. A bottom plate under the tube portion of the seat of the brake unit is placed within the hold tank of the valve casing. A driven portion penetrates the bottom plate. The fixed valve, free valve and driving seat of the water control element are arranged within the hold tank of the valve casing. An upper locking portion is assembled under the bottom plate of the seat of the brake unit; and a collapsible lower locking unit is individually manufactured and then assembled onto the locating portion at top of the driving seat of the water control element. The lower locking unit could be interlocked with the upper locking portion.

    • A valve core for a single handled faucet is made up of a valve housing, a valve stick, a base mount, a switching control valve, and a valve seat wherein the base mount, engaged with the valve stick and mounted onto the switching control valve thereof, is securely located at the valve housing therein, stably refrained from being moved or rotated by the valve stick thereof in operation. The valve stick is pivotally moved at the base mount therein to activate the switching control valve via a protruding connecting section thereof, driving an upper switch valve of the valve seat joined to the bottom of the switching control valve thereof to open the valve core for water discharge. Via a protruded guide spot of the base mount as a pivoting point, the valve stick is also rotated left or right with a turning protruded block thereof moved at a turning cut area of the base mount therein to adjust the water temperature. Meanwhile, the valve stick along with a two-staged valve stick seat is prevented from being directly contacted with the valve housing in operation, facilitating the easy operation of the valve stick thereof even under low torque. Besides, the protruded guide spot is limited to move at an indented recess of the switching control valve therein, ensuring the precise movement of the switching control valve when activated by the protruded connecting section of the valve stick to open the valve core for water discharge.

    • A water inlet/outlet structure for a ceramic shaft of a single-handled faucet includes a valve housing having a valve chamber disposed therein for a switch valve set and a valve mount to be adapted therein wherein the switch valve set made up of a control stick seat, a support seat and a switch valve is engaged with the valve mount equipped with an upper and lower switch valves. A lower stop wall is integrally formed outside the higher protruded walls thereof to define a channel groove there-between for a sealing ring of identical shape to be securely engaged therewith. Thus, when the hot/cold water inlet holes and the water outlet hole of the lower switch valve are overlapped on top of the hot/cold water inlet passages and the water outlet passage of the valve mount respectively, the grooved seats thereof are securely coupled with the higher protruded walls thereof to effect a tight seal against leakage and press downwards the sealing ring, efficiently facilitating the sealing effect of the sealing ring and ensuring the precise engagement of the lower switch valve with the valve mount thereof so as to achieve the purposes of leakage-proof as well as resistance to high water pressure and impact in practical use.
