    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for feeding working fluid capable of feeding approximately the full volume of the working fluid to a working point accurately, and realizing this simply and inexpensively.
      SOLUTION: In this method for feeding the working fluid for working by a rotary tool, the working fluid is fed from a nozzle having the jet orifice facing a position adjacent to the surface of the rotary tool, and is wound around the surface of the rotary tool. At the same time, the outer layer of the working fluid flow is covered with a flexible fluid guide member in the forward direction of the rotation of the tool relative to the feeding position of the working fluid. Thus, the moving working fluid flow is sealed in the surface of the rotary tool, and is discharged from a fluid guide member release end at the working point or in the near side.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic superimposed working liquid supply nozzle which can surely supply working liquid even in the case where the distance to the machining point is far, there is no sufficient space for disposing a nozzle, and the portion for supplying the working liquid is in the complicated portion, in addition, which can prevent the air from pooling in a chamber having a vibrator and prevent from heat damaging the vibrator even without a special air vent channel mechanism.
      SOLUTION: The nozzle has a lead-in port and the ultrasonic vibrator at the back part of a space communicating to the lead-in port. The nozzle superimposes an ultrasonic vibration of megahertz band to the liquid by the ultrasonic vibrator, spurts it from the tip end side of a tapered space. A hard pipe-shape nozzle part 3c having a bent part 31 on the way is consecutively provided on the tip end side of the tapered space B.
