    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewage heat collecting facility and a sewage heat utilization system capable of collecting and utilizing sewage heat with high efficiency dispensing with maintenance while being easily installed in an existing sewer facility with high workability. SOLUTION: The sewage heat utilization system comprises a heat collecting facility 20 collecting heat from sewage, and a heat source facility 10 having a heat pump using the sewage heat as a heat source, and effectively utilizes sewage heat by supplying heat to a load side heat exchanger 60 from the heat source facility. The heat collecting facility 20 is disposed in jacket shape covering at least an upper part of the outer periphery of a sewer pipe 50, and has a heat collecting pipe 11 formed of a high heat conductive material so that heat raw water flows through, and a protective material 12 filled in the clearance and circumference of the heat collecting pipe. By-pass lines 41, 44 are provided for directly circulating heat raw water between the heat collecting facility and the load side heat exchanger, and three-way valves 40, 42 opened at the start of a heat pump or in a low load time are provided on the by-pass lines.
