The control device includes a rotary slide valve arranged in a valve housing. The rotary slide valve has at least nearly a sleeve shape and is provided with an axial collector opening for the feed or removal of coolant to or from the intake or delivery side of the feed pump. Provision is made in the circumferential wall of the valve housing for inlet or outlet openings for a bypass-circulation line of the coolant, for a radiator line connected to the radiator, and for a heating line leading to the heat exchanger of the heating circulation circuit. The rotary slide valve has, in its circumferential wall, a control opening having an opening through which a connection is established from the collector opening to one individual inlet or outlet opening or, for a mixed operation, through which an overlapping connection is established to two adjacent inlet or outlet openings.

摘要： The invention concerns an apparatus and method for ultrasonically testing thick-walled workpieces at an increased scanning speed by the use of a plurality of ultrasonic test probes wherein the probes are selectively rendered operable. The transmit probes are temporarily inhibited from transmitting search signals into the workpiece for a time interval during which the receipt of a defect responsive echo signal by a receive transducer is anticipated. The scan frequency is determined therefore by a clock circuit and the transmission of search signals is halted only temporarily for a brief period during which time there is no skipping in the predetermined transmitting sequence of the transducer probes.

摘要： In a locking device for a camshaft adjuster comprising a drive housing with a rotor with spaced rotor vanes disposed in the drive housing between circumferentially spaced axial walls projecting radially inwardly so as to form operating chambers at opposite sides of the rotor vanes to which hydraulic fluid can be selectively admitted for controlling the relative angular position between the rotor to which a camshaft is connected and the drive housing which is driven by the crankshaft of the engine, wherein locking bolts are provided for interlocking the drive housing and the vane rotor and disposed in one of the housing and the rotor elements while a recess is formed in the other for receiving the locking bolt in order to interlock the drive housing and the vane rotor, the locking bolt is arranged in the hydraulic fluid supply path to the operating chambers upstream of the operating chamber in such a way that hydraulic fluid admission to the operating chambers is controlled by the locking bolt and is admitted to the operating chambers by the movement of the locking bolt to the release position.
