    • An interactive animal communications apparatus accessory device conceals a communications apparatus within a stuffed animal and functionally attaches the communications apparatus to a microphone and speaker allowing a person to interact with another person through the stuffed animal as if the stuffed animal was hearing and speaking. The device includes a stuffed animal and a camera substantially concealed in the stuffed animal and includes a lens exposed to an exterior of the stuffed animal to monitor an area adjacent to the stuffed animal. A speaker is concealed in the stuffed animal. A plug is operationally coupled to each of the camera and the speaker and concealed in the stuffed animal. A transceiver is positionable in the stuffed animal. The plug couples to the transceiver such that the speaker broadcasts sound from an extrinsic device through the transceiver and the transceiver transmits video from the camera to the extrinsic device.

    • During an instant message conversation, instant message users may be presented with advertisements, news headlines, hyperlinks to web pages, and other additional information. It may be advantageous to provide targeted information that may be relevant to the current conversation between the instant message users. As provided herein, an endorsable entity may be presented to an instant message user based upon parsing an instant message from an instant message conversation. An instant message may be parsed for a proper noun (e.g., a word or grouping of words within the instant message text). The proper noun (e.g., a retail product) may be compared to an index to determine a topic of interest (e.g., a manufacturer of the particular retail product). The topic of interest may be used to determined an endorsable entity (e.g., an advertisement of the manufacturer), which may be presented to instant message users engaged in the instant message conversation.

    • Content may be effectively virally propagated using an arrangement that identifies prolific Internet users who are likely to share content more often and with more people. These users are termed “connectors” because they typically function as a common link between disparate groups and will thus be the center point of a large social graph. Connectors are valuable to identify because content that is received by them can be expected to propagate more quickly as compared with propagation by other users who are not connectors. Users of on-line applications (such as social networking applications) who have the greatest probability of being connectors are identified by the application of heuristics to data that pertains to the users.
    • 内容可以使用识别可能更频繁地分享内容并且与更多人分享的多数互联网用户的安排来有效地传播。 这些用户被称为“连接器”,因为它们通常用作不同组之间的公共链接,因此将成为大型社交图的中心点。 连接器对于识别是有价值的,因为与其他不是连接器的用户的传播相比,它们接收的内容可以预期更快地传播。 具有最大可能性的连接器的在线应用(如社交网络应用)的用户通过将启发式应用于与用户相关的数据来识别。
