The blade center part 11, where the plurality of comb-shape teeth are arranged at the end side and the rear end side has a plate shape and is slidably contact with a fixed board 6, is reciprocatively slid in a comb-shape teeth arrangement direction. The pair of blade end parts 12 are fixed to the fixed board 6 and arranged on both sides of the blade center part 11, so as to allow their extending direction to be in parallel with the individual teeth at the blade center part 11. The driving transmission block 7 drives the blade center part 11.
