SOLUTION: This toilet seat comprises at least partially an elastic layer 13 which can be deformed to be fitted along the body shape of a user, a plurality of PTC heaters 12, and power source electrodes 28 for supplying electric power to those PTC heaters 12. One electrode 28 is disposed near the inner circular edge 6a of the toilet seat 6, while the other electrode is disposed near the outer circular edge 6b of the toilet seat 6, and the source electrodes 28 are connected with the plurality of PTC heaters 12. This structure reduces a burden on a human body when seated on the toilet seat 6, preventing damage to PTC heaters 12 or any changes in its property when the elastic layer 13 is deformed.
