SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a hot water supply circuit including the hot water supply heat exchanger 15 and the latent heat recovering heat exchanger 16, the heat exchanger 15 and the heat exchanger 16 being connected serially, and extending from a water supply passage 1 to a hot water supply passage 3 through the heat exchanger 16 and then through the heat exchanger 15; a hot water circulating circuit 19 branched from the hot water supply passage 3 so that hot water is supplied to a using-side heat exchanger 18 through a circulating pump 17, returned to the heat exchanger 16, and circulated from the heat exchanger 16 to the using-side heat exchanger 18 through the heat exchanger 15 and then through the circulating pump 17; and a simultaneous passage 27 branched from the circulating circuit 19 and connected to the hot water supply passage 3, so that each route for passing water by single use of the hot water supply circuit, by single use of the hot water circulating circuit, or by simultaneous use of the hot water supply circuit and the hot water circulating circuit can be selected.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a backflow toward a water supply system side when supplying bathtub water to a washing machine or the like.
      SOLUTION: The washing hot water filling device comprises a water filling passage supplying tap water via a water filling valve 3, a hot water filling passage supplying hot water via a hot water filling valve 4, and a bathtub water supply circuit 7 supplying the bathtub water via a passage selector valve 9. The passage selector valve 9 changes the bathtub water supplied by a circulating pump 11 over to the bathtub water supply circuit or a bathtub circulation circuit 8. In an upstream side of the passage selector valve 9, by providing the water filling valve 3 supplying water to the washing machine 2, the hot water filling valve 4 supplying hot water to the washing machine 2, a check valve 5 preventing a backflow to a water/hot water circuit, and a valve 10 opening and closing a passage between the water filling valve 3 supplying water to the washing machine 2 and the check valve 5 preventing a backflow to the water/hot water circuit, a drain passage is provided for draining the bathtub water when the valve 10 is opened, and by opening the valve when hot water is supplied to the washing machine 2, a backflow of the bathtub water to the water supply system side can be prevented.
