摘要： An addition reaction-curable liquid silicone rubber composition includes an organopolysiloxane containing at least one Si-bonded vinyl group only at each end of its backbone and having a viscosity of from 1 to 1,000 Pa·s at 25° C., an organopolysiloxane containing at least two Si-bonded vinyl groups only in side chains on its backbone and having a viscosity of from 0.1 to 100 Pa·s at 25° C., the amount of siloxane units bonded to the vinyl groups being from 2 to 20 mole % of its total siloxane units, finely divided silica having a specific surface area of at least 50 m2/g, hexamethyldisilazane, water, an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing at least two Si-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule, and a hydrosilation catalyst. Another addition reaction-curable liquid silicone rubber composition additionally includes a specific non-functional dimethylpolysiloxane. The silicone rubber compositions are cured into products having a hardness of at least 75 as measured by a type-A durometer and an elongation at break of at least 200%.

The silicone rubber layer comprises a cured product of a silicone rubber composition containing at least (A) an organopolysiloxane with an average molecular weight of from 30,000 to 100,000, having in one molecule at least two alkenyl groups bonded to silicon atoms; (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having in one molecule at least two hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms; the hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms being in the weight that is from 0.1 to 3.0 equivalent weight per one alkenyl group in the component (A); and (C) a platinum group metal catalyst. The heat-fixing silicone rubber roller has a coating layer of fluorine resin and/or fluorine rubber excellent in interlaminar adhesion and durability.

摘要： An integrally molded automotive waterproof connector is disclosed which comprises a thermoplastic resin and integrated therewith an oil-bleeding silicone rubber, the thermoplastic resin containing a thermoplastic resin oligomer containing at least one aliphatic unsaturated group. In the connector, the adhesion between the thermoplastic resin and the silicone rubber is satisfactory regardless of the length of storage period as compared with connectors comprising a thermoplastic resin and a silicone rubber integrated therewith after priming. Further, the connector of the present invention is excellent in production efficiency and workability, is reduced in connector housing fitting force, and can retain satisfactory waterproofness.

The composition comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane containing at least two Si-bonded alkenyl groups within each molecule, (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing at least two Si-bonded hydrogen atoms within each molecule, (C) a fumed silica with a BET specific surface area of 50 m2/g or greater, and (D) an addition reaction catalyst, and exhibiting fluidity such that, at 23° C., the viscosity at a shear velocity of 0.9 s−1 is not higher than 1,000 Pa·s, and the ratio between the viscosity at a shear velocity of 100 s−1 and the viscosity at a shear velocity of 200 s−1 is not higher than 3.5. The composition is resistant to decreases in viscosity of the rubber material under high shear velocity, and generates no burrs on the molded product.

摘要： A heat fixing roll includes a silicone rubber layer on a cylindrical metal mandrel having a penetration of at least 10 according to ASTM D1403 and a fluoroplastic layer thereon. The silicone rubber layer is obtained by molding and curing an addition reaction type liquid silicone rubber composition to the mandrel. The roll provides a sufficient nip width under low pressure, improved abrasion resistance, long-lasting toner release, and a satisfactory fixing function even at a high speed over a long period of time.
