摘要： In forming an actuator, a large end surface of a tapered roller of a tapered roller bearing is shot with minute particles of silicon carbide having a diameter of 0.5 to 100 μm and having an angle formed by crushing, and such a surface is scraped concavely at a diameter within a range from 0.5 to 100 μm to form a large number of concavities having a depth of equal to or greater than 1 μm at a pitch of equal to or less than 200 μm. The concavities are non-continuous and isolated from each other, and serve as a lubricant puddle. The concavities are formed by scraping and not by plastic deformation, and thus the surface is not hardened.

摘要： A vehicle footrest system allows an occupant seated in a rear seat to brace their feet and that is capable of inhibiting load from concentrating at the heels of an occupant. A footrest system is provided with: a reclining device that rotates an upper end part side of a seatback in the direction of arrow A and holds it at a predetermined angle of rotation; and a slide device that slides a front seat in the direction of arrow B with respect to a vehicle body floor. When an occupant seated in a rear seat uses a footrest portion of the seatback, the reclining device is operated and the upper end part side of the seatback is inclined toward the vehicle front side. Further, the slide device is operated and a slide portion of a seat cushion is moved in a vehicle front-rear direction along a rail portion.

摘要： An apparatus and method suitable for producing a polymer film, particularly a polyimide film, perform drying and heat treatment using a tenter type feeding apparatus that suppresses the problems of deformation of film in the vicinity of pore into which the pins bite and breakage of the pores to form long pores in the width direction. The apparatus includes a device to suppress deformation of the film in the vicinity of the tenter pins at the time point when the both ends of the film is pierced with the pins and cools the pin temperature to less than 180° C. at the time when the film is pierced with the pins. Individual pins can be arranged on the innermost side of the pin sheets so that they are all disposed at the same distance both in the film feeding direction in the individual pin sheets and between other pin sheets.

摘要： A process for conveniently and efficiently producing a highly pure cinnamaldehyde derivative, for example, (2E)-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxy)cinnamaldehyde, which comprises reacting a benzaldehyde derivative, such as isovanillin and the like, with acetaldehyde in the presence of an alkali, in particular preferably, dropping acetaldehyde little by little thereto in an aqueous solution at a low temperature for the reaction thereof. The cinnamaldehyde derivative thus obtained is selectively reduced to produce 3-(3-hydroxy-4-substituted (with methoxy group or the like)phenyl)propionaldehyde. Further, through a reductive alkylation reaction of the compound thus produced with an aspartame, N-[N-[3-(3-hydroxy-4-substituted (with methoxy group or the like)phenyl)propyl]-L-aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester, which is useful as a sweetener having a high sweetening potency, can be industrially and efficiently produced. The processes therefor are also provided.
