    • Provided are a plasma or serum separator and a plasma or serum sampling method capable of isolating plasma or serum with good efficiency from a small amount of blood without using a centrifuge and without causing leakage of a blood cell component or hemolysis, and in addition, capable of isolating and collecting plasma or serum from a whole blood test sample in a short time with simplicity in a blood test in the scene of medical care requiring an instant treatment any time such as an emergency test, home-use test or the like. The plasma or serum separator for isolating plasma or serum from whole blood comprises: a blood separation member, a holding member covering and holding the blood separation member; a blood introducing portion formed in a portion of the holding member covering a proximal end portion of the blood separation member; and a plasma or serum sampling aperture formed in a portion of the holding member covering a distal end portion of the blood separation member, wherein the whole blood is introduced into the blood separation member through the blood introducing portion, the introduced whole blood is separated such that the plasma or serum is located in the distal end portion of the blood separation member, while blood cells are located in the proximal end portion of the blood separation member; thereby enabling the plasma or serum located in the distal end portion of the blood separation member to be sampled through the plasma or serum sampling aperture.

    • A mobile communication system includes a radio network control apparatus having inside a function block for processing a downlink shared channel and table means for storing various setting information related to the downlink shared channel communication and the downlink shared channel multi-cast communication. According to the information, a multi-cast communication (including uni-cast communication) is realized by using the downlink shared channel for one or more mobile apparatuses. Moreover, a base station has a function to transmit the downlink shared channel data and signaling data received from a radio network control apparatus, to a mobile apparatus via a radio line. Furthermore, it is possible to multi-cast data selectively to a particular mobile apparatus being call-connected.

    • The object of the invention is to provide a fixing implement which fulfills an excellent looseness prevention function while firmly fastening a member using an irreversible looseness prevention device, which is excellent in durability, workability when fixing the member and corrosion resistance and which can firmly fastens the member without increasing the number of component parts. The fixing implement includes a bolt section 1 that has a male screw portion 11 having part thereof provided with a thread cutout portion 12 formed to have an appropriate groove width in an axial direction, and a nut section 2 that has an extending cylindrical portion 21 at a position corresponding to a position of the thread cutout portion 12 when the nut section 2 has been fastened and screw-fitted to the bolt section 1, the cylindrical portion 21, when having been crushed by application of pressure in a diameter-reducing direction with a tool including a crushing tool 3 after fixing and screw-fitting the bolt and nut sections 1 and 2 at a prescribed position, entering the thread cutout portion 12 to fasten and screw-fit the nut section 2 to the bolt section 1.
