    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cleaning system in which turbid water can be cleaned to the extent that the cleaned water is drinkable, which can be downsized and the power consumption of which is made small. SOLUTION: The water cleaning system is provided with: a unit (5) for charging a flocculant to turbid water and agitating them; a first filtration unit (7) which is arranged on the downstream side of the unit (5) and used for filtering the flocculated foreign matter (slag); a plurality of filtration units (8, 11) arranged on the downstream side of the first filtration unit (7); and a controller (40). The first filtration unit (7) has a filter (73) and a pressure measuring unit (23) for measuring the pressure in the upstream-side area of the filter in the first filtration unit (7). The controller (40) has a function of reporting that the filter (73) of the first filtration unit (7) has to be exchanged when the pressure measured by the pressure measuring unit (23) exceeds a threshold value.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide waste water treatment equipment where suspended material is treated in a relatively short time in a construction site for a drainage work or the like. SOLUTION: The waste water treatment equipment is provided with: a foreign matter removing apparatus (a rough removing apparatus 2 for refuse or the like) charged with waste water from a sewer work operation site 1 and removing foreign matter such as refuse and clods in the waste water; a charging apparatus (a stirring tank 3) of a pulverized coal adsorbent material to the waste water freed from foreign matter; two liquid type coagulant addition apparatuses (an A liquid metering pump 5, a B liquid metering pump 6) for the waste water charged with an adsorbent; a waste water stirring apparatus (a line mixer 7) for the waste water to which coagulants are added; an aggregate precipitation device (an aggregate precipitator 8); a dewatering apparatus (a bag gravity dewatering unit 9) to which precipitates at the bottom part of the precipitation apparatus (the aggregate precipitator 8) are carried via a screw 83, and in which the precipitates are dewatered; a first draining means (a pump P10 of a supernatant tank 10) of separating and draining supernatant water in the precipitation apparatus (the aggregate precipitator 8); and a second draining means (a pump P9 provided in a dropping water tank 91 at the lower part of the bag gravity dewatering unit 9) of draining the water separated from the precipitates by the dewatering apparatus (9).
