A left and a right driving wheel arranged coaxially are coupled together by a rod-shaped object from the outside and integrated, and thereby the differential effect is limited and two-wheel drive is established. Further a component to increase the friction force is mounted on the rod-shaped object coupling the two wheels together so as to enhance the runoff performance, which enables certain running-off.
