The cover sheet envelops the liquid-stable resilient member to form an elongated member having a tubular profile. The elongated member has a first end, a second end. The cover sheet exhibits a skin-facing surface contact area of less than 30% at a depth of 10% of the cover sheet. In addition, the cover sheet has a static coefficient of 0.275 to 0.150, and a dynamic coefficient of friction of 0.230 to 0.150.

摘要： A dispenser for sheet materials includes a top portion, a bottom portion, and a restraining member preventing the top and bottom portion from separating. The top portion and the bottom portion can telescope to vary the dispenser's overall height. In one embodiment, by designing a dispenser having bottom sidewalls and top sidewalls of approximately the same length, problems with access to the exposed sheet or excessive manipulation to change the dispenser's height can be avoided. In another embodiment, by designing the dispenser such that the height of the dispenser can automatically reduce as the sheet material is depleted or where the height can be adjusted by simply pushing down on the dispenser's top makes the dispenser convenient to use.

The vaginal insert relaxes in the vagina to deliver outward compression force against the bladder neck via the anterior vaginal wall to assist prevention of urinary stress incontinence. The substantially cylindrical support portion has a distal end, a proximal end, and a hollow interior section with a plurality of struts extending from the distal end to the proximal end. Desirably, the plurality of struts helically curve as the plurality of struts extend from the distal end to the proximal end. The largest circumference of the support portion has an insertion diameter when the plurality of struts are twisted together and an in-use diameter wherein the plurality of struts are extended outward into a convex position larger than the insertion diameter.

The vaginal insert device includes a support portion, a stabilizing portion, a removal device, and at least one fluid passageway extending though the support portion. The substantially cylindrical support portion has a distal end and a proximal end. In addition, the support portion has a plurality of foldable areas extending from the distal end to the proximal end. Desirably, the plurality of foldable areas helically curve as the plurality of foldable areas extend from the distal end to the proximal end. The largest outer circumference of the support portion has an insertion diameter when the plurality of foldable areas are compressed and foldable inward and an in-use diameter wherein the plurality of foldable areas are extended outward into a maximum in-use diameter position. Desirably, the in-use diameter is larger than the insertion diameter.

A data layer (42) is operatively joined to the article (22), and is intended to be selectively repositioned prior to using the article, to enable full functionality of the article. Data indicia (44) are located on the data layer (42) and configured to communicate a message to the user. The message can be related to at least one of motivating the user, entertaining the user, educating the user, and inspiring the user. Each article (22) is positioned in the package (20) with its data layer (42) arranged to face toward the user when the article (22) is first presented to the user upon removal through the opening mechanism (34).
