For example, a currency document processing system for processing currency documents including currency bills comprises a currency handling device, a first currency document receiving unit, and a first angular transport unit. The first currency document receiving unit is adapted to receive at least some bills processed by the currency handling device. The first angular transport unit is adapted to receive bills from the currency handling device and transport bills to the first currency document receiving unit. The angular transport unit is adapted to be coupled between the currency handling device and the first currency document receiving unit such that the currency handling device and the first currency document receiving units are angled relative to each other such as by ninety degrees (90°).

摘要： A method of processing barcoded tickets in a document processing device including receiving a stack of barcoded tickets in an input receptacle of a document processing device. Each barcoded ticket includes a document-identifier or ticket number that identifies the barcoded ticket. At least one specific document-identifier is inputted by the operator to search for a specific document in a stack of documents. Each of the documents are transported, one at a time, past a detector, which detects the document-identifier of each ticket. A determination is made whether a detected document-identifier matches the specific document-identifier requested by the operator, and if so, the ticket in question is directed to a pre-programmed or user-specified output receptacle.

摘要： A sample processing/injection device for liquid chromatography comprises a septum at one end of the device, a processing chamber and injection needle disposed on a second end of the device. A fluid sample is transferred into the device by a transfer needle penetrating the septum of the device. The sample device may be positioned to a receiving component such as an injection valve of an instrument by movement of the transfer needle. The sample is injected into the receiving component through the injection needle of the sample processing/injection device through motive pressure supplied by the transfer needle. The sample processing/injection device reduces sampling steps and improves automation by performing sample processing and injection with a single device.
