      SOLUTION: The draining sheet A comprises a water guiding part 10 guiding and draining the water and a mounting part 20 mounting the water guiding part 10 on a wall surface. In the draining sheet A, the water guiding part 10 comprises a bottom face plate 11 and a number of water guiding ribs 12 formed to erect from the bottom face plate 11. In the draining sheet A, the water guiding part 10 and the mounting part 20 are formed of a water impermeable synthetic resin. The mounting part 20 is formed to be flush with the bottom face plate 11.
