摘要： PURPOSE: To provide an instrument with high measuring accuracy for measuring a temperature coefficient of a dielectric resonator which can hold the dielectric resonator stably without using an adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic cavity 2 having a supporting stage 3 inside is accommodated in a metallic case 1. A holding guide 6 is fitted at a metallic upper lid 5 covering the upper opening face of the cavity 2. A holding screw 10 is meshed at an inner peripheral face of the guide 6. A holding rod 7 is also set to the upper lid 5. An upper part, of the holding rod 7 is inserted through the screw 10 and a lower part of the rod is meshed at the inner peripheral face of the guide 6. A coil spring 8 is wound around the holding rod 7. A supporting rod 9 made of a dielectric material is inserted through the upper lid 5 and fixed at the front end of the rod 7. In this structure, a dielectric resonator 20 is held by the supporting stage 3 and the supporting rod 9 owing to the spring pressure of the spring 8. The cavity 2, supporting stage 3 and supporting rod 9 are formed of a material having approximately the same thermal expansion coefficient as the dielectric resonator 20.

摘要： A device supports a dielectric resonator (20) firmly without using any adhesive and measures its temperature coefficient with high accuracy. A metal case (1) contains therein a cavity (2) with an upper opening closed by a metallic cover (5) and provided with input-output probes for transmitting signals to and from the resonator (20). A table (3) supports the resonator (20) which is pressed from above by a supporting bar (9) made of a dielectric material with its upper end attached to a holder bar (7). The bar (7) has a coil spring (8) wound around it and is supported by a member (6) attached to the cover (5) such that the resonator (20) is firmly secured between the supporting bar (9) and the table (3). The cavity (2), table (3) and supporting bar (9) are each made of a material having approximately the same coefficient of thermal expansion as the resonator (20).
