摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil cooler that has an integrated filter suitable for a vehicle and can prevent leakage to the utmost at a connection place between an oil filter and the oil cooler. SOLUTION: The oil cooler having the integrated filter includes first and second slender tubular headers 10 and 12 having an isolated parallel relation, and a plurality of pipe slots of each header are faced to each other and aligned. Slender flat pipes 14 have two ends that are positioned to respective pipe slots and sealed. Fins 18 are extended between the pipes 14 in a heat conduction relation with the pipes. The filter housing 28 is attached to the oil cooler, and an oil filter element 40 is arranged in the housing 28. Only minimal part of the oil passes the oil filter element 40. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved combustion air charging apparatus with an internal intercooler that is more compact than known such systems, that is easily serviced, and/or which requires a minimum of plumbing connections to the engine.
SOLUTION: A rotary compressor, such as the combustion air charger, includes a rotatable shaft 18 having at least one compressor wheel 20, 22 thereon and disposed within a housing 12, 14. A donut-shaped heat exchanger 36 is located within the housing 12, 14 between the compressor wheel 22 and an outlet 32 from the housing and has radially inner and outer peripheries 40, 42. The outer periphery 40 forms an inlet for the heat exchanger 36 for gas discharged by the compressor wheel 20. The heat exchanger is provided with radially inner and outer flow paths formed by tubes 92 and includes a combined manifold and tank 44 which is secured and sealed to a header plate receiving the tubes.

The first watt (96), at its central opening (110) is sealed and mounted to a header plate (88) at it is radially outer periphery while the second wall (98), at its central opening (112), mounts a baffle (116) that extends axially to and abuts the header plate (88) to separate the radially inner and outer flow paths.
