摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and high performance heat exchanger, capable of being manufactured at a low cost and improved in flexibility with respect to a mounting space as well as a mounting position much more. SOLUTION: The laminated body of heat exchanging plates P1, P2, which form separated flow passages 2, 3 extending in parallel to each other, is equipped. The flow passage 2, formed of the heat exchanging plates for one medium, is formed so as to become longer than the flow passage 3 for the other medium in the length L and is arranged while penetrating through at least one assembled space for the other medium, which is provided with an inlet port 8 and/or an outlet port 9. A heat exchanger 1 is not provided with a casing in an area (l) wherein two pieces of the flow passages 2, 3 are extended in parallel to each other.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which requires no external housing with a simple method and moreover, with a simple structure by using a saucer- shaped heat exchange plate. SOLUTION: Heat exchange plates 1 are connected along a rim flange part 2 and on the perimeter of an opening 3 arranged on the straight line thereof and a pile body of the heat exchange plates has assembly and distribution spaces 4 a passage 5 with respect to one medium inside while a passage 7 and an assembly space 6 are arranged with respect to the other medium. The heat exchange plates have a furrow-shaped protruding part 8 which surrounds the perimeter of inlet and outlet opening parts 3 with respect to the one medium and coupled to the furrow-shaped protruding part of the adjacent heat exchange plates. Thus, the two passages 5 and 7 inside an area B surrounded by the furrow-shaped protruding part are separated from each other and from outside and the passage 7 with respect to the other medium communicates with the outside of the furrow-shaped protruding part in the assembly space 6.

摘要： An automotive heat exchanger unit is fabricated of aluminium and assembled by soldering. The component parts consist of thin tubes, corrugated ribs and pipe base with apertures for the pipe ends, and side covers (9) with a cross-piece link to the head tank side cover (13). The component parts of the heat exchanger e.g. radiator are held together in a jig during the soldering process. Some separate component parts e.g. side covers (9, 10) are linked during assembly by a narrow cross piece (20) that is either removed following soldering, or remains in situ. The width of the cross-piece is less than half the width of the respective aluminium component.
