摘要： PURPOSE:To prepare a sheet having improved transparency, by blending a polypropylene resin having a low MFI with dibenzylidene sorbitol or its nucleus- substituted derivative as a transparent nucleating agent, extruding the blend from the tip of a die at a specific temperature. CONSTITUTION:Polypropylene resin having a melt flow index of 0.1-1.5g/10min is blended with dibenzylidene sorbitol or its nucelus-substituted derivative as a transparent nuclating agent, and extruded from the tip of a die regulated at 260-350 deg.C, preferably 270-320 deg.C, to form a sheet. The amount of the transparent nucleating agent is 0.05-0.5wt% based on the resin. The rise in MFI of the prepared sheet is a little, blow molding and vacuum molding are carried out smoothly, useful as a container material such as tray, cup, etc. requiring the transparency of substances put in the container.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture a crystalline polyolefine resin sheet or film showing excellent transparency, by a method wherein after a sheetlike thing has been stuck closely to the upper part of a cooling roll by an air knife and a noncontacting surface side of the sheetlike thing with the cooling roll has been pressed by a touch roll and the noncontacting surface side of the cooling roll is cooled with a cooling agent until a frost line is generated through cooling and solidification. CONSTITUTION:Crystalline polyolefine resin is extruded in a sheetlike state by passing the same through a T die in a molten state, the extruded sheetlike thing is stuck closely to the upper part of a cooling roll by an air knife and the said sheetlike thing with the cooling roll is pressed further by a touch roll on a noncontacting surface side. Then a noncontacting surface side of the said sheetlike thing with the cooling roll is cooled by a cooling agent until a frost line is generated on the said sheetlike thing through cooling and solidification. At this time, the touch roll to be used is an elastic roll having a mirror surface, which is a rubber roll coated with fluorine resin or silicon resin. Then as cooling by a cooling agent, it is performed by applying cooling water to the said sheetlike thing through a broad slit.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the polypropylene sheet excellent in transparence, theremoforming property and safety by annealing the resin composition composed of 100pts.wt. polypropylene and 3-20pts.wt. hydrogenated petrol resin at the temperature equal to or higher than 50 deg.C for 30min or more, after said resin composition has been extruded. CONSTITUTION:The hydrogenated petrol resin of 3-20pts.wt., preferably 6- 11pts.wt., to 100pts.wt. polypropylene resin is preliminarily blended with polypropylene stabilizer by a Henschel mixer, etc. After said blended resin has been extruded into a resin composition by a extruder, etc. it is sheeted by a T die process, etc. Its annealing is carried out at the annealing temperature equal to or higher than 50 deg.C, preferably at the range of 80-130 deg.C, for 30min or more, preferably for 60min or more. Thus obtained sheet for PTP package is excellent in the resistance for permeability of moisture, transparence and safety, and further excellent in also thermoforming property at TPT package.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the eluation amount of normal keptane, while improving the transparence and thermoforming property of polypropylene resin sheet by sheeting a specified polyropylene resin composition at a specified chill roll temperature. CONSTITUTION:The used amount of hydrogenated petrol resin is caused to be 3-20pts.wt. to 100pts.wt. polypropylene resin, and the polypropylene resin and hydrogenated petrol resin are preliminarily constituted into the resin composition with polyropylene resin stabilizer. Thereafter, its sheeting is carried out at the chill roll-temperature equal to or higher than 70 deg.C. Consequently, n-HT eluation amount is decreased, and the sheet having the eluation amount equal to or less than 150ppm is obtained. The sheet excellent in the resistance to permeability of moisture, transparence and sefety, and also excellent in thermoforming property at PTP package may be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a polypropylene compsn. suitable for use in press-through package and having excellent transparency, thermoformability and safety, by incorporating a specified petroleum resin in a polypropylene resin. CONSTITUTION:A hydrogenated petroleum resin having a softening point of 124 deg.C or above is added to 100pts.wt. polypropylene. The quantity of the petroleum resin varies depending on the softening point, but is usually 3-20pts.wt., pref. 6-11pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. polypropylene. When the quantity is less than 3pts.wt., no satisfactory effect of improving transparency and thermoformability can be obtd., while when it exceeds 20pts.wt., thermoformability is deteriorated. Examples of the polypropylene resins are homopolymers and random copolymers of propylene with alpha-olefins, among which copolymers having a melt flow index of 1-4 as measured according to JIS K7210, method of condition 14 and homopolymers are preferred from the viewpoints of well-balanced properties between transparency and moldability.

Fine silica powder having an average particle size of 5mu or below as measured by the setting method according to JIS Z8901 is preferred.
