摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve expeditiousness and safety of an operation by lifting up a casing pipe after raising a clamp by means of a rearward motion of a drifter which moves in the longitudinal direction on a guide cell fitted to a traveling body so that it can be lifted up as well as make an inclined motion. SOLUTION: A guide cell 12, which is fitted to a traveling body so that it can be lifted up as well as make an inclined motion, has a drifter 13 movable in the longitudinal direction (horizontal direction) provided on its top and the end of the guide cell 12 is provided with a centralizer 13a for supporting a casing pipe 20. A hole is drilled by actuating the casing pipe 20 by the drifter 13. A clamp 18 is provided on one of the ends of a rope 17, which is guided by a pulley 15 of an arm member 15 fitted near the position where the casing pipe 20 of the guide cell 12 is supplied to and the other end is connected to the drifter 13. The casing pipe 20 lifted up by raising the clamp 18 clamping the casing pipe 20 by virtue of the rearward motion of the drifter 13.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor drill which can be operated in a narrow place. SOLUTION: This anchor drill is constituted by installing a guide cell 10 on a travelling body free to tilt and to look up and down, installing a centralizer 18 on a head end of the guide cell 10 and providing a drifter to move in the longitudinal direction on its upper part. The guide cell 10 is constituted free to change overall length of the guide cell 10 by dividing the guide cell 10 at least into two guide cell members 11, 12 and forming it in structure to overlap the other guide cell on the one guide cell.

CONSTITUTION: In drilling, drilling slime from a drilling bit 7 is sucked and fed rearward by air flow injected from a nozzle of an inner tube 1, and energized by air injected from the nozzle 5 of the inner tube 1 so as to exhaust it from the exhaust port of an auxiliary swivel 11. When the inner tube is recovered, the tapered hole of the inner hole 2 is plugged with a light ball, and all air is injected from the nozzle 5 so as to clean and exhaust the slime adhered to the inner walls of an outer tube 10.

摘要： PURPOSE: To exhaust drilling slime effectively by providing multiple exhaust outlets directed from the inner periphery near the end wall of an inner hole to the rear slant direction in the drive cylinder of a swivel connected to a double tube. CONSTITUTION: A slime exhausting device is provided with a double tube P comprising an inner tube at the top end of which a down-the-hole hammer with a drilling bit is provided and which is left on the natural ground after drilling and a reinforcing tube 30 which is smaller in diameter than the drilling bit and left on the natural ground after drilling. Next the inner tube of the double tube P is connected to the drive cylinder 11 of a swivel 10, and the reinforcing tube 30 is connected to the driven cylinder 15 of the swivel 10. Also multiple exhausting outlets 14 directed from the inner periphery near the end wall 12a of the inner hole 12 of the drive cylinder 11 to the rear slant direction are formed, an annular groove 20 interconnected to an exhaust outlet 14 is provided in the driven cylinder 15, and an exhaust cylinder 22 for interconnecting the annular groove 20 to the outside is provided. Thus slime transported through a clearance between the inner tube and reinforcing tube 30 is fed through a clearance between the inner tube and swivel inner hole 12, receives the resistance of the end wall 12a of the inner hole 12, and exhausted from the exhaust cylinder 22 through the exhaust outlet 14 and annular groove 2O.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by a method wherein guide cells are attached respectively through mounts to a plurality of parallel links provided at specified intervals in the circumferential direction of a horizontally-movable main body. SOLUTION: A vertical forepiling machine is made capable of moving transversely in inching by operation of outriggers and jack cylinders provided at a main body frame 2. Piling devices are made capable of swinging in the horizontal direction at specified angles by operation of rotary actuators 5 for swinging provided at the frame 2 and furthermore, mounting brackets 11 attached through parallel links 8 and 9 to supports 6 erected on the actuators 5 are made capable of approaching to and separating from the frame 2. Then, guide cells 14 equipped with oil-hydraulic drifters and capable of tilting toward the outside and inside are supported with support frames 13 turnably pivoted at the brackets 11 so that the guide cells can be moved upward and downward. Upon executing works, piling casings attached to the oil-hydraulic drifters are turned and fed downward. Thereby, a number of pilings can be executed simultaneously and term of works can be reduced greatly.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for connecting while correcting the eccentricity of double pipes formed of a small diameter inner pipe and a large diameter pipe, and existing pipe and inner pipe. SOLUTION: A guide cell 11 is fitted tiltably in a rising/falling state to a traveling body. A centralizer 12 is fitted to the tip of the guide cell 11, and a longitudinally moving drifter is provided. When the tooth 34 of the front face A side of a clamp tooth 22 has been worn away, a fixing pin 33 is removed and the clamp tooth 22 is removed once from a wrench glove 24 and thereafter, the clamp tooth 22 is reversely turned over to bring the back face B side tooth 35 to the front face side (working side) and fitted to the wrench glove 24. In this way, the usable time for one piece of clamp tooth 21, 22 is doubled and hence, the running cost can be reduced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency by turning a scraping blade provided on the upper side of a cutting edge, thereby collapsing the front sand hill to be transfer- loaded to a screw conveyer. SOLUTION: A scraping blade 16 is provided on the upper side of a cutting edge 12 fitted to the front end of a conveyer frame 8, the blade 16 can be turned by a scraping cylinder 19, and the edge 12 is automatically stopped when it comes near the rotary movement area of the blade 16 to prevent a collision. At the time of work, a beach cleaner is traveled to put the scraped sand with the edge 12 onto a screw conveyer 6, and the sand is dropped from the conveyer 6 on the ground. Refuge is transferred backward by the conveyer 6 to be thrown into a hopper 22 in the rear of the frame 8. When the scrape start time comes, the cylinder 19 is operated during designated time to reciprocate the blade 16, and the sand accumulated in the front of the car body is scraped up on the conveyer 6. Thus, the sand can be prevented from being accumulated in the front of the car body, and the sand can be cleaned efficiently.
