摘要： PURPOSE:To cool the title gasification product with a high operating efficiency, by using a gasifier for hydrocarbons comprising a fixed bed of water gas reactive particles and an inverted cone-type cooler with a fluidized bed of fine particles. CONSTITUTION:The gasifier 1 is equipped with the inverted cone-type cooler 3 thereon, and the large particle containing dolomite, and MgO which are active for the water gas reaction are filled in the bottom of the cooler 3 to form a fixed bed. The fine particles 4, e.g. sand and zircon sand, are filled above the bed to form a fluidized bed. A gas formed in the reactor 1 at the same temperature as the gas in the bottom of the fixed bed 9 deposits no coke, and deposited coke on the bed 9 comprising the fine particles is gasified by water gas reaction. The coke in the fluidized bed 4 is peeled by the collision between the particles and discharged from above the cooler to cool the accompanying gas without coking.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make heavy-gravity oil to dispersed spray flow and prevent clogging of a blow-out port by providing a diffusion plate in oposition to the blow-in nozzle on its axial line. CONSTITUTION:Mixed jet flow 7 of heavy-gravity oil and steam out from a blow- out port 3 hits against a diffusion plate 5 and becomes dispersed spray flows 8, part thereof are blown to the blow-out port 3. Then the carbon particles trying to deposit on the blow-out port 3 are blown away. Hence, clogging of the blow-out port 3 does not occur. In addition, direct contacting of the jet flow 7 to the opposing pipe walls and tower walls does not occur and therefore their abrasion and corrosion do not occur either. The diffusion plate 5 may be readily replaced and it is possible to select the one of various shapes depending upon the shapes, directions, etc. of the required spray flows.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize effective chemical reactions of various kinds of substances with a simplified structure in which partition walls are provided in a vertical cylindrical tank to form two fluidized bed compartments and particles are circulated in both the fluidized beds. CONSTITUTION:The two large partition walls 3a and 3b are provided in the vertical cylindrical tank 1 and also the small partition wall 4 is provided between the large partition walls to divide the tank 1 into four compartments I to IV. The lower part of the compartments I and III is provided with the porous bed 5 for the dispersion of fluidizing gas and each compartment is packed with the particles 2 which are circulated in the arrow direction by fluidizing gas supplied from the nozzles 8 and 9 into between the compartments I and III. The particles 2 between the compartment I and III move through the compartment II and IV to the lower and upper through holes with the inclined plates 7a and 7b, and raw materials and combustion gas for gasification enter the respective charging openings 10 and 11 formed gas and combustion exhaust gas go out of the respective outlets 12 and 13.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the maximum transferring amount of particles with the reduction in pressure loss in a transferring tube by inclining particle-ascending tube having single diameter in a transferring system where particles are transported from one fluidized bed reactor to another fluidized bed reactor. CONSTITUTION:A particle-desending tube 3 having single diameter is connected to a particle-assending tube 4 having single diameter at the lowest part between two sets of fluidized bed reactors 1, 2. The particles are transferred from one fluidized bed reactor to another fluidized bed reactor by means of the particle-desending tube 3 and the particle-ascending tube 4. When a transferring gas is introduced from the lowest part into the particle-ascending tube 4 to transfer particles, the particle-ascending tube 4 is inclined at an angle of 10-30 degrees to perpendicular, whereby the pressure loss in the particle-ascending tube 4 can be reduced and the transferring amounts of particles are maximized.

摘要： PURPOSE:Solid particles are circulated between the gasification zone and the low- temperature reaction zone, whereby the gasification and the treatment of sulfur compounds are simultaneously done, thereby permitting the simplification of facilities. CONSTITUTION:In the gasification furnace of heavy hydrocarbons with fluidized bed of solid particles, a low-temperature reaction zone is provided above the gasification zone or next to it and solid particles containing at least 2 selected from calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, phosphorus pentoxide, silica, alumina and at least one selected from Fe, Co, Ni, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Zn, Ti, Zr, V are charged in the both zones. The fluidized bed is formed between the gasification zone in the temperature range of usual gasification furnaces, that is, 850-1,400 deg.C, and the low- temperature reaction zone in the range from 350-850 deg.C and the solid particles are circulated between them, thus effecting the gasification and simultaneously treating sulfides to form sulfur simple substance.

CONSTITUTION:Gas containing fine particles is blown through the top part 9a of a conical water sealing pipe 9 placed perpendicularly in the water well 11 of a water sealer 10. Then, the velocity of the gas becomes mild and the gas flow becomes the dispersed gas flow of sufficiently low velocities at the pipe outlet, whereby the fine particles are captured without building up in the water sealing pipe 9.
