By so constituting the groove shape, the stability of the servo is increased; by specifying the shape of the recording layer film, the fine recording bit edge is improved, accelerating thermal conduction, relaxing thermal interference between adjacent tracks, reducing crosstalk, and enabling the high density recording bit to be closed in the groove.
