摘要： PURPOSE:To accurately detect sight direction from the absolute position of a watching point on a screen by providing an infrared ray detecting means for detecting the light spot position of a near infrared light projected on the screen through an infrared ray projecting means. CONSTITUTION:A laser light projecting device 13 constituted of a near infrared semiconductor laser and an optical system for collimating the laser light are installed on the upper part of the helmet 12 of a trainee 11. The position of the face of the trainee 11 sitting in the pilot seat of a simulation cockpit 14 exists nearly in the center of a dome screen 15. The near infrared light from the helmet 12, which is collimated, is projected on the screen 15, the infrared-ray detecting means 19 detects the near infrared light spot on the screen, and a coordinate transforming means 110 transforms the position information detected by the infrared-ray detecting means 19 into an appropriate co-ordinate system. Thus, the absolute position of the watching point of the trainee can easily be detected.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a facility where anybody can enjoy a scenario with continuity without requiring transfer to another one on foot. CONSTITUTION:A ride 12 is formed so as to move a passenger on a guide rail 112 as letting-him sit, and it is fixed at a prescribed position on a rocking device 111 located at a standstill position in a dome 11 via a guide rail 115 for connection. After that, the operation of the rocking device 111 can be performed smoothly by moving the guide rail 115 for connection, or rotating a board on which the ride 12 is loaded. The passenger can enjoy a video in the dome via a window with superior transmittance and the window 18 of a screen 16 part through which light is transmitted, and also, the action of the rocking device 111 in accordance with the video can be bodily sensed. After the operation of the rocking device 111 is completed, the guide rail 115 for connection is connected again, and the ride 12 is moved outside the dome 11 via the guide rail 112. The passenger can enjoy the video on the screen 16 in the ride 12 by decreasing the transmittance and blocking the light of the window 18.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the image arithmetic processing time for dummy visual field generation by providing two data bases for a distant-view panorama image and other images. CONSTITUTION:Two data bases, i.e. data base 16 for storing a distant-view panorama image with a 360 deg. visual field, etc., and data base 14 for storing other images are provided. Distant-view panorama image contents which has no variation even if a viewing person shifts in position and are based upon position attitude information are read out of the data base 16 and simple image processing different from short-distance image processing is carried out by a distant-view image generating device 15 through an electronic image generating device 11 which processes the storage contents of the data base 14 to form distant-view image information. Therefore, the image arithmetic processing time for dummy visual field generation is much shorter than that based upon distant-view panorama information and other short-distance image information when one data base is used.
