摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a new fluorenone derivative which is a raw material for simply producing a fluorenonediamino derivative useful as an intermediate for photoconductive materials. CONSTITUTION:This fluorenone derivative is expressed by formula 1 (R is H or 1-4C alkyl), e.g. 2-nitro-7-(3-methyl-4-anilinophenylazo)-9-fluorenone. The compound expressed by formula 1 is obtained by reacting an aniline derivative expressed by formula 5 with an amino group-protected compound expressed by the formula X', providing a protected aminobenzene derivative expressed by formula 3, on the other hand, diazotizing an aminonitrofluorenone expressed by formula 6, affording a diazonium salt expressed by formula 2, then subjecting the compound expressed by formula 3 to the coupling reaction with the resultant diazonium salt expressed by formula 2, providing a protected fluorenone derivative expressed by formula 7, heating the obtained derivative and releasing the protecting group.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily obtain in high yield the subject derivative useful as an intermediate for photoconductive materials by reducing a new fluorenone derivative as raw material. CONSTITUTION:The objective fluorenone diamino derivative of formula 2 [e.g. 2-amino-7-(3-methyl-4-aminophenylazo)-9-fluorenone] obtained by reducing a new fluorenone derivative of formula I (R is H or 1-4C alkyl) [e.g. 2-nitro-7-(3- methyl-4-aminophenylazo)-9-fluorenone]. For the reduction, esp. sodium sulfide is pref. used. Coupling reaction of the fluorenone diamino derivative of the formula 2 with a coupler can give an azo-based organic photoconductive material excellent in sensitivity and stability. The new compound of the formula 1 can be produced through reaction steps 1 to 4.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simply produce an amino nitro derivative in a good yield by selectively partially reducing a dinitro compound of a condensed carbon polycyclic or heterocyclic ketone. CONSTITUTION:The dinitro compound of formula I [X is single bond. CH2-CH2, CH=CH, C(=O), O, S, NR, (C=C(CN)2); Y is C(=O), C(=O)-C(=O), NR-C(=O), O-C(=O); Z is CH, N; R is H, alkyl, alkoxy] is partially reduced with a sulfide (preferably sodium sulfide) in a water-soluble organic solvent at the refluxing temperature of the solution to produce the aminonitro compound of formula II, which is useful as an intermediate raw material for the production of medicines, agrichemicals, dyestuffs, pigments, or for the production of azo compounds used for electrophotographic materials, etc. The water-soluble organic solvent is preferably a water-alcohol mixed solvent especially containing the alcohol in a volume ratio of 55-70%.

This composition is produced generally by producing phthalocyanines using a phthalocyanine ring-forming compound and the above raw material compound substituted with halogen or nitro and heating the obtained mixture of the components A and B together with the component C in the above organic solvent.

Preferable addition ratios are as follows: component A/ component B=55/45-80/20; the amounts of component C and component D based on 100 pts.wt. of the total of component A and component B are respectively 1-20 pts.wt. and 0.5-15 pts.wt.
