摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a superconducting material having excellent superconducting characteristics at a low cost, using a low-temperature calcination, by dispersing oxides, etc., of an alkaline-earth element and rare-earth element in an organic solvent, forming copper oxalate in the dispersion medium and filtering and calcining the product. CONSTITUTION:Oxides or carbonates (e.g. BaCO3 and Y2O3) of an alkaline-earth element (e.g. Ba) and yttrium and/or a lanthanide element are dispersed in a dispersion medium composed of an organic solvent (e.g. ethanol). The dispersion medium is added with >=1 equivalent of oxalic acid based on the copper and then with an organic solvent solution of a prescribed amount of a copper salt (e.g. copper nitrate) to form copper oxalate in the dispersion medium. The solid component or coprecipitate is separated from the dispersion medium and calcined at about 720-850%oC to obtain a superconducting material composed of oxides of an alkaline-earth metal, yttrium and/or lanthanide element and copper.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent vibration-proofing effect in a short time, by converting vibration of an object for vibration-proofing into an electric signal to be detected, and providing inverse vibration to the object for vibration- proofing by means of a vibrator, the inverse vibration which is oriented inversely of vibration of the object, and the magnitude of which is determined in accordance with that of vibration thereof. CONSTITUTION:When external force is exerted on an object 3 for vibration- proofing and vibration is generated therein, the vibration is transmitted to a piezoelectric element 2, so that the piezoelectric element 2 stretches or shrinks in accordance with the vibration, to thereby output voltage signals to a detector 5. The detector 5 outputs the signals thus detected to a controller 7, which outputs voltage being inverse of the output voltage of the piezoelectric element 2 of its sign and having its magnitude determined in accordance with that of the output voltage to the piezoelectric element 2. Vibration of the piezoelectric element 2 is thus rapidly attenuated and vibration of the object 3 for vibration-proofing is also rapidly attenuated. Thus the controller 7 controls vibration positively in accordance with the quality of vibration, so that vibration which is temporally variable can be controlled in a shorter time.

CONSTITUTION:Powder of the ceramic superconducting material (e.g., Y-Ba-Cu-O type superconductor) is mixed with the org. binder (e.g., ethyl cellulose) and the solvent (e.g., terpineol). Then, >50 pts.wt. (basing on 100 pts.wt. ceramic superconducting material) material (e.g., AgO powder) selected from metals, alloys, or their oxides contg. a noble metal element which melts in a calcination stage, and a mixture thereof, is mixed with the previously produced mixture. Thus, ceramic superconducting paste is produced. Thus, the material contg. the noble metal is deposited to an interface between the substrate and the film in a stage of forming the thick film to retard a reaction between the substrate and the superconductor. Accordingly, a substrate material such as Al, etc., can be used for the production of the ceramic superconducting distributing board.

Ceramic superconducting powder consisting of particles having the surface coated with dry org. binder is obtd. by proceeding at least one of the mixing stage and the drying stage while performing disentanglement of conglutinated ceramic superconducting particles. Thus, a degree of packing of the powder in a forming stage is improved and a dense sintered body is produced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture a magnetic shield which shows magnetic shield effect at liquid nitrogen temperature and has a larger, complex shape by forming a ceramic superconductive layer on the surface of a board. CONSTITUTION:An organic binder and solvent are mixed to powders of a ceramic superconductive material and a ceramic superconductive paste is obtained. This ceramic superconductive paste is applied on the inner surface of a zirconia-ceramic-made pipe 1 and burned in oxygen to form a superconductive layer 2. This makes it possible to manufacture a magnetic shield which shows magnetic shield effect at liquid nitrogen temperature and has a larger, complex shape. The superconductive layer 2 should preferably contain a metal or its oxide of 0.1 to 50 weight parts with respect to a ceramic superconductive material 100.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a critical temperature and critical current density of a wiring by applying ceramic superconductor paste on a board and sintering it in an atmosphere in which oxygen partial pressure is higher than that in air. CONSTITUTION:Barium carbonate, diyttrium trioxide, and cupric oxide are used. These are mixed, fired temporarily, ground, granulated, molded and burned to obtain a ceramic superconductor. This ceramic superconductor is wet-ground in ethanol under dry nitrogen gas atmosphere and silver oxide powders are mixed with these powders. Ethylcellulose, butylbenzylphthalate are mixed with these mixed powders to obtain ceramic superconductor paste. This ceramic superconductor paste is screen-printed on a board and burned in an atmosphere, oxygen partial pressure of which is higher than the oxygen pressure in the air. In this way, the critical temperature and critical current density of a wiring can be improved.

Accordingly, the alumina and other various substrates as general-purpose substrates for a thick-film are employed, and a superconductor wiring having large adhesive strength with the substrate can be acquired.
