Tracking is operated so that tracks of the condensing points S1m, S2m and S3m in the first main scanning (1) and the second main scanning (2) for the one column are not overlapped. When a discolored region is formed by radiating the laser beam according to dot data in such scanning operation, an image having a high contrast ratio can be formed in a short time. When printing on the surface layer 106, a solvent (principally water) of the ink transmitted through the surface layer 106 and reaching the inorganic filler mixed layer 105 is absorbed by the inorganic filler and as a result the solvent of the ink printed on the surface layer 106 is rapidly transferred to and absorbed by the inorganic filler mixed layer 105 of the lower layer, drying speed of the surface layer 106 is promoted and the permeating ink can be reduced.
