摘要： Piping support of gas turbine steam cooled combustor is improved such that, even when the piping support is damaged by combustion vibration, piping is prevented from dropping so as to avoid the occurrence of fractions thereof from entering into the turbine portion. An outer fitting member (11) is fixed to the wall surface of a tail tube (102) by welding (82, 83). A ring (12) is pinched inside the outer fitting member (11) to be fixed by welding (80). The ring (12), having an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the steam piping (101), is fitted in around the steam piping (101) to be fixed by welding (81) at three places. The steam piping (101) is fixed to the ring (12), the ring (12) is fixed to the outer fitting member (11), and the outer fitting member (11) is fixed to the tail tube (102), such that the steam piping (101) is supported to the tail tube (102). Thus, even when the welding (82, 83) is detached by combustion vibration, the outer fitting member (11) remains fixed to the steam piping (101).

摘要： Piping support of gas turbine steam cooled combustor is improved such that even when the piping support is damaged by combustion vibration, dropping thereof out of piping is prevented so as to avoid intrusion of fractions into turbine portion. The steam piping (101) is fixed to the ring (12), the ring (12) is fixed to the outer fitting member (11) and the outer fitting member (11) is fixed to the tail tube (102), thus the steam piping (101) is supported to the tail tube (102) and even when the welding 82, 83 is detached by combustion vibration, there occurs no case of the outer fitting member (11) being dropped of the steam piping (101).

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a support component from entering gas turbine part by preventing the support component from disengaging from a pipe when a support is damaged by a combustion vibration. SOLUTION: An outer side attaching member 11 is fixed to a wall surface of a tail wall 102 by welds 82, 83, a ring 12 is put inside the tail wall 102, and the attaching member 11 and the ring 12 are fixed to both side by a weld 80. The ring 12 has a diameter somewhat larger than that of a steam pipe 101 and inserted to the pipe 101, and an outer periphery of the pipe 101 and an inner periphery of the ring 12 are fixed to each other by weld 81 at three points. As a result, since the pipe 101 is fixed to the ring 12, the ring 12 is fixed to the outer side attaching member 11, and the outer side attaching member 11 is fixed to the wall surface of the tail wall 102, the pipe 101 is supported by the attaching member 11. Further, even if the welds 82 and 83 are disengaged due to vibration or the like, since the attaching member 11 is fixed to the ring 12, the attaching member 11 is prevented from falling from the pipe 101.

Link mechanism 26 is provided between the adjacent main driving shaft 23 and the driven shaft 21, thereby rotary movement of adjacent main driving shaft 23 driven by outside drive means via the drive shaft 09 is transmitted to the driven shaft 21 and thus to the driven by-pass valve 20. Thus, partial drive shafts 09 are made shorter not to project outside of the turbine casing 010 to interfere with outside obstruction and still all the by-pass valves 08 provided along circumferential direction of the turbine casing 010 can be operated to be opened and closed uniformly.

摘要： An air separator (20) for gas turbines, capable of preventing the fretting fatigue, which causes cracks to occur, of a flange thereof, and easily replacing a conventional air separator, wherein the air separator (20) has a cylindrical shape and a divided structure comprising a part (20-1) fixed to a rotor (1) and a part (20-2) fixed to a disc (7) on the side of a rotor blade (2) by bolts (28) inserted into bolt holes (23) in a flange (22), the cooling air (30) being sent out of a compressor, entering a space (6) through a duct (5) and passing through a clearance (33), and a passage (32) being supplied to air supply ports (43) in the disc (7) and radial holes (44), thereby preventing the occurrence of cracks due to the fretting fatigue encountered in a conventional air separator having an overhung structure fixed by bolts (8), with a flange on the side of a rotor blade (1) being kept only in a contacting condition. The air separator according to the present invention can be substituted for an air separator in an existing plant by forming air holes (50) in the flange (22) as circumferentially elongated holes to cover the radial holes and enable the cooling air to be supplied uniformly.

摘要： A gas turbine combustor by-pass valve device comprises an air by-pass duct (015) and a by-pass valve (08) provided in an inlet portion of the air by-pass duct (015) to be opened and closed by rotation of a drive shaft (09). 摘要： An air separator for a gas turbine, in which cracks are prevented from occurring at a flange portion of the air separator due to the fretting fatigue. On the other hand, the air separator is easily replaced by that of the prior art. An air separator 20 has a cylindrical split structure of separators 20-1 and 20-2, of which the separator 20-1 is mounted on a rotor 1 whereas the separator 20-2 is mounted on a disc portion 7 on the side of a moving blade 2 by bolts 28 through bolt holes 23 of a flange portion 22. Cooling air from a compressor enters a space 6 from a duct 5 and passes a passage 32 from a clearance 33 so that it is fed to air feed holes 43 and radial holes 44 of the disc portion 7. The air separator of the prior art is of the overhang type fixed by bolts 8, and the flange on the side of the moving blade 2 only contacts to cause the cracks due to the fretting fatigue, which can be prevented by the invention. On the other hand, air holes 50 to be formed in the flange portion 22 are circumferential slots for covering a plurality of radial holes to feed the cooling air homogeneously so that the air separator of the existing plant can be replaced.
