摘要： PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency by providing a sensor on a carriage main body for detecting the position of a load, and controlling the stop and the fork operation of the carriage main body based on the output of the sensor so as to automatically receive and unload the load. CONSTITUTION:At receiving operation of a load, when a fork type carriage is run along a guide rail and an objective load is detected with an unloading sensor 23, the carriage is stopped on a decided position just before the load. Next, after a fork 15 is brought down, the fork 15 is advanced by the full stroke so as to insert it under the load, in this condition the carriage is a little advanced to approach the load, and the carriage is stopped when perfect loading of the load is detected with a load detecting sensor 24. Next, the fork 15 is elevated by means of a hydraulic cylinder 18 so as to lift up the load, simultaneously the fork 15 is retreated on the carriage main body side, the carriage is run to the guide rail at ON of a backing limit switch, and then it is transported to a decided position along the guide rail.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent an unmanned conveying truck from tumbling while reducing its own weight by providing a frame member having the proximal end mounted on the lower end of a lift guide post and the distal end abutting against the lower surface of a fork and a frame member having the proximal end mounted on the root of a fork and the distal end abutting against a floor surface to connect both members to each other pivotably in the central portions thereof. CONSTITUTION:In a truck tumble preventing frame 6, the proximal end of a frame member 6a is mounted rotatably on the lower end of a lift guide post 9 by a pin 8a and the proximal end of a frame member 6b is mounted rotatably on the root of a fork 5 by a pin 8b. The frame members 6a, 6b are connected pivotably to each other at the central portions by a pin 8c. The frame member 6a is provided on the distal end with a roller 11 to movably guide the lower surface of a fork 5, and the distal end of the frame member 6b is provided with a roller 10 to come in contact with the ground. When the fork 5 is lifted by a hydraulic cylinder 7, a truck tumble preventing frame 6 is extended. Under such a condition, the roller 10 receives the weight of goods on the fork 5 to prevent the truck from tumbling.

The overhead traveling crane 13 has a hook 15 to raise the specified locker container 1a from the rack in which the locker container 1a is housed and reciprocatively moves it to the picking room 5 directly.

And a lift stacker crane 11 is returned to the side of the table 6 and its position is adjusted in back and forth directions and a lifting cage 16 is lowered. Next an extensible fork 12a is extended and a comb-teeth-like transfer tire supporter 23 is inserted into the supporter 8. Then the fork 12a is lifted and a tire 5 is supported by the supporter 23 and thereafter the stacker 11 is caused to travel to the front and rear position of an indicated storing space. Finally, the vertical position of the cage 16 is adjusted and the supporter 23 is lowered by the fork 12a to bring the tire 5 into contact with a comb-teeth-like tire supporter 3 to stop the tire. When the car exits, operation is performed by a reverse procedure.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent falling of ores by shifting a conveyor to the center line side of a pulley by means of a press roller and stretching a cover belt which lightly contacts with the top edge of a bucket under a relay chute, in a stevedoring facility equipped with a vertical conveyor. CONSTITUTION:A press roller 5 shifts a bucket elevator 12 to the direction of the installation center line of a pulley 14, while keeping each position of a bucket 13 and a cover belt body 8 in a constant relation. Consequently, the bucket 13a and the cover belt 8 are kept in a state of light contact. As the bucket 13 rises, the cover belt 8 revolves between rollers 9 and 9. With such a constitution, the carried articles 16 relayed from a chute 15 to the bucket 13a fall down into the bucket 13a, guided by the cover belt 8. Even if the articles 16 fall down between the belt 8 and the bucket 13a, the articles are received by the lower bucket 13b. Thus, falling of ores can be prevented.

Thereafter air cylinders 25, 26 are driven to open the respective stands 15, 16 to stretch the article 2 laterally, and the center of the shrinkable film 1 is cut by a cutter 11. The cut film 1 is removed by a film remover.
