摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce slip resistance due to a difference between inner/outer wheels while simplifying a running route and operation control by steering front/rear wheels independently of each other and also rotating the inner/outer wheels by mutually different rotational speeds so that running on a curve of small radius of curvature is made possible. CONSTITUTION:Rotation of a running motor 24 is transmitted to each drive wheel 2, 2' of the first/second drive wheel parts through a differential gear mechanism box 27 to run a body main unit 4 of an unmanned conveying truck. On the other hand, rotation of each steering motor 17, 17' is transmitted to the differential gear mechanism box 27 of the first/second drive wheel parts to steer each drive wheel 2, 2'. Simultaneously, rotation of each steering motor 17, 17' is transmitted to each driven wheel 3, 3' of the first/second driven wheel parts to steer these driven wheels. The car body main unit 4 is moved along a main running route 6 and a plurality of branch running routes 7, 7'.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the running stability of an automatic carrier truck and also to prevent the easy derailment even at the curve parts by providing the sensors at the front and rear parts of the truck. CONSTITUTION:The sensors 3A and 3B are provided on the center position of the front and rear parts of a four-wheel, carrier truck 2 respectively. Thus the front wheels 4 are steered by the signals of the sensor 3A, and the rear wheels 5 are steered by the signals of the sensor 3B respectively. In this case, the steering value of the wheels 5 is set smaller then that of the wheels 4. Therefore the independent steering control is attained to both wheels 4 and 5 along the path of an optical reflecting tape 1 with high accuracy especially in such a case where the straight lines and curves are mixed together. Owing to this individual steering control of both wheels, the attitude of the attitude of the truck 2 much more than the wheels 4. In this respect, the steering value of the wheels 5 is reduced. So that, the running stability of the vehicle 2 is improved.

摘要： A system for spraying a coating material onto an elongated construction workpiece includes an industrial robot 10 and a spray nozzle 106 movably mounted thereon. The robot includes drive means to move it along a path of travel on a floor, a device for detecting spray nozzle movement, a device for detecting the distance of travel of the robot, and drive means for driving the spray nozzle; a device for feeding the coating material to the spray nozzle; a valve for controlling the flow of the coating material through the nozzle; drive means for opening the flow control valve, a device for detecting the opening of the flow control valve, and a device for detecting the position of the robot with respect to the elongated construction workpiece. A computer 12 is programmed to be responsive to signals from the detecting devices for preparing a program relating to the sequential movements of the robot and spray nozzle, the opening of the flow control valve and the position of the robot. The computer controls the drive means in accordance with the program to effect a replay of the spraying operation.
