摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify a loading system and to lower the coat for a facility, by arranging a plurality of silos in a straight line, and providing a movable tripper to a loading system for loading the material to be stored into the silos. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of silos 5 each having a loading port 6 in the top and a taking-out port in the bottom are arranged in a straight line. A loading system common to all the silos 5 is provided over the silos 5, and includes a horizontal introducing conveyor 7 arranged to cross each of the lined silos 5, horizontal rails 8 arranged to cross the silos 5 and in parallel with the introducing conveyor 7, and a movable tripper 9 that can run on the rails 8, and drops laterally the mass carried by the introducing conveyor 7 so that the mass is loaded via the loading port 6 of the silo 5 to be stored therein.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the withdrawal system and reduce the cost by arranging a plurality of silos in a line and by using the withdrawal system jointly for individual silos. CONSTITUTION:Silos 1 are arranged in a line and coal is fed by a plurality of conveyors 5a, 5b, 5c of a feed system 5 located on the top. A withdrawal system 6 located below is composed of a rail 7 crossing individual silos 1 along the aligned direction of silos 1, a self-propelled withdrawal machine 8 which travels on the rail 7 and withdraws the coal C through a discharge port 4 of a silo 1, and conveyors 9 which are arranged in parallel with the rail 7 and convey in one direction the coal C withdrawn by the withdrawal machine 8. The coal conveyed by individual conveyors 9 is mixed together on a concentric conveyor 10 on the left and is supplied to demands through a separate conveyor.

CONSTITUTION:During the opening operation of a low temperature dual-shell tank, powder pearlite 6, which has been inserted between an outer tank 3 and an inner tank 5 as a cold insulator, kept to be in a higher temperature condition than the inner tank 5 as a whole, is thrown into the inner tank 5. Consequently, heating value according to the heat capacity is taken into the inner tank in order to rapidly vaporize residual substance reserved in the tank. Also, volume in the inner tank corresponding to that of powder pearlite is reduced, that means a reduced volume for gas displacement, so that gas displacement in the tank is rapidly carried out. Also, at the same time, moisture, flowing with air led into the tank, is absorbed by powder pearlite, so that moisture amount to be disposed is reduced.

The bottom surface and the side surface of the membrane 4 is sprayed and foamed with polyurethane, and a coldness preserving layer 11 is additionally installed. Since the coldness preserving efficiency on the side surface and the bottom surface of the tank is improved, the vaporization of the stored liquid is suppressed.
