摘要： PURPOSE:To visualize with clearness the welding state by observing the welding state by combining the plural filters which pass only the ray inside the band in which the welding state under arc light is selected and the camera system. CONSTITUTION:A camera box 11 keeps the relative relation constant by potentiometers 12, 13 and the upper and lower positions are controlled via a control part 15. A welding wire 16 is controlled to the right and left, upper and lower positions by driving motors 17, 18. There are the camera main body 111, interference filter 113 inside the camera box 11, the interference filter 113 comes in the camera optical axis while under welding by the driving of a control motor 114 and the bead shape after welding can be monitored. In this way the welding state under welding can be observed accurately.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an internal grinding device for pipings of large diameter which is capable of removing pads of the inner surface of the welded parts of various pipings of large diameter in an efficient and secure manner. CONSTITUTION:An internal grinding device consists of a rotary table 1, a truing driving device 2, a pillar 3, and a supporting plate 4 as major components. The supporting plate 4 is fixed on the upper surface of a ring 9 which is provided at an inlet of nozzle part of a container 6 in advance, and the turning driving device 2 above the rotary table 1 is held by means of the pillar 3 provided in the supporting plate 4. A pair of grinding device 10, grinder feeding mechanisms 11 and grindstone abrasion corrective mechanisms 12 are arranged respectively in the respective end parts of the rotary table 1. Thus, the whole circumference of the welded part 8 can be machined by turning the rotary table 1 at approximate 190 deg..

摘要： An object is to provide a method and an apparatus for improving a residual stress in a tubular body, which are enabled to improve the residual stress reliably by clearly defining controlling rage for treatment conditions without depending on an installation state and configuration of the tubular body. When a cylindrical tubular body (2) is improved in its residual stress by locally irradiating an outer-circumferential surface of a welded portion (C) of the tubular body (2) with laser beams (5a) and by moving an irradiation area (s) in an circumferential direction, a plurality thermocouples (9) are installed on the tubular body (2) to be improved, a temperature history of the outer surface of the tubular body (2) by the irradiation of the laser beam (5a) is managed by measuring the temperature history itself.

End surfaces of an inner cylinder part 24a and an outer cylinder part 24b of a grooved end piece 24 are abutted and welded against the end surfaces of a heat transfer pipe 12 and the stub 22, and the end surface of the outer cylinder 24a is abutted and welded against the end surface of the heat transfer pipe 12 in correspondence with the same height of a welded part in one pass by a laser welding from the inner surface side of the heat transfer pipe 12.
