摘要： PURPOSE:To take up a high temperature steel sheet supplied at a low speed smoothly and continuously into a prescribed size coil by equipping belt wrappers furnished with heat resistance metallic belts respectively on plural take-up machines provided on a line of a steel sheet production equipment by a continuous casting device. CONSTITUTION:A thin plate ingot 62 cooled, e.g. nearly at 600 C is advanced by tagential rolls 57 and pinch rolls 56 on carrier rollers 55. A dummy sheet 60 and an unstationary part of sheet thickness at the starting time of casting are cut off by flying shears and transferred to a take-up equipment 30. The front end part is fed by the deflector pinch rolls 18 with a gate change-over mechanism to a heat resistance mandrel 1 of the take-up machine 10, coiled by a belt wrapper 16 on the heat resistance mandrel 1 and when a required number of layers is taken up, a belt wrapper 16 is moved to right and left and taken up on a thin plate coil 63. When the coil reaches a required size, the advancing thin sheet ingot 62 is cut off, fed to the take-up machine 10 and taken up.

摘要： PURPOSE:To grind a circular knife of a circular shear on-line, such as a side trimmer for metallic band material, a slitter, or the like. CONSTITUTION:An upper grinding wheel 1 is shaft-fitted to one end part of an upper arm 3 pivotally mounted on a housing 60 so that the upper grinding wheel 1 is abutted on the circumferential surface of an upper circular knife 51, and a pulley 5 is fixed to the rotation shaft of the upper grinding wheel 1. The other end of the upper arm 3 is connected to an upper hydraulic cylinder 11 pivotally mounted on the housing 60. A lower grinding wheel 2 is shaft-fitted to one end part of a lower arm 4 pivotally mounted on the housing 60 so that the lower grinding wheel 2 is abutted on the circumferential surface of a lower circular knife 52, and a pulley 6 is fixed to the rotation shaft of the lower grinding wheel 2. The other end of the lower arm 4 is connected to a lower hydraulic cylinder 12 pivotally mounted on the housing 60. The grinding wheels 1, 2 are pressed to the circular knives 51, 52 by the hydraulic cylinders 11, 12 to grind the knives, while carrying out cutting as required, and the cutting property is thus recovered.

A roll gap is roughly set by driving the hydraulic cylinder 10 for roughly setting and a screw-down position is fixed by checking action of the check valve 11 with pilot. An error between the target roll gap and the roll gap that is roughly set is detected with the position detector 5, the error is eliminated by working the hydraulic cylinder 60 for AGC according to a detected value and the roll gap is set with a simple device of small space.

This constitution allows the front blades 3a and 23a, and the rear blades 3b and 23b to be driven in an engaging manner by means of the crank arms 5a-25b, cutting the plate member.

And, when the rear end part of the strip 2 is passed through the finishing mill 1, the screw-down pressure is adjusted higher than the screw-down pressure during coiling with the down coiler 11 and the strip 2 is coiled in the normal state.
