    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To investigate a buried object over a wide range by disposing a receiving antenna on an antenna case while disposing a pair of transmission antennas in the directions of electric field and magnetic field of a peripheral antenna and distributing the transmission output by means of a distributor. SOLUTION: A receiving antenna 5 is disposed in the center of an antenna case 17 and two transmission antennas 1, 3 and 2, 4 are disposed, respectively, in the directions of electric field and magnetic field of a peripheral antenna. The antennas 1-4 are fed with transmission pulses from a radar display 10 through a distributor 6 and an incorporated amplifier 29. A transmission wave radiated into the ground and reflected on a buried object is received by the antenna 5 and delivered through the radar display 10 and an A/D converter 11 to a personal computer 12 where it is displayed. The case 17 is turned, along with the antennas 1-4, about the fixing base 16 thereof by means of a motor cylinder 7 and the plane of polarization of the antenna can be altered. A truck is scanned in the direction of magnetic field and the case 17 turned by means of the cylinder 7. According to the arrangement, direction of the buried object can be matched with the plane of polarization of the antenna and a highly accurate investigation can be realized.

    • PURPOSE:To collect aggregates without being damaged, and what is more, prevent a cutter or the like from being damaged and repair with higher efficiency by boring a hole on a deteriorated asphalt with a spray device and filling water inside and then irradiating microwaves. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 18 with a spike 15 is rotated so as to bore a hole on a deteriorated asphalt 1b. At that time, the rotary shaft 18 is rotated up to an arbitrary position by means of a reduction gear 19 where the penetration is repeated, thereby preventing the wear out of the spike 15. At that point of time when a limit switch 27 comes in contact with a truck 24 and halted there, a hole is bored to a specified depth and then water is sprayed with a water spray nozzle 29. Then, microwaves are oscillated with a microwave generator 5 and irradiated from the end of a waveguide so as to heat and soften a deteriorated asphalt 1c. This construction makes it possible to speed up heating/temperature increasing/softening operations, and what is more, bore holes simultaneously in a range equivalent to the width of a vehicle and eliminate such problems which involve wear of a chip and breakdown of a cutter and enhance work efficiency dramatically and reduce cost as well.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow such measurement as corresponding to crack depth with a single detector even when the depth of crack is unknown without using plural detectors. SOLUTION: Relating to the crack measuring device, the electric potential difference which occurs between two contact needles 1b and 1c facing each other with the crack of a to be inspected object in between when the object to be inspected is applied with a current is measured, and based on a pre- obtained generated electric potential at normal time, such generated electric potential as corresponding to the depth of the crack, and the mutual relation ship of the distance between the contact needles, the depth of the crack on the object is measured in non-destructive manner. Here, to supporting bodies 11b and 11c are supported by a crack measuring device main body while rotation is allowed with two contact needles 1b and 1c attached while rotation allowed, and a pointer-provided knob 17 wherein the supporting bodies 11b and 11c rotates while the same rotation angle is kept together with axes 12b and 12c as one body to change the distance between the contact needles 1b and 1c, are provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to enhance operating efficiency by a method wherein a nozzle plate is turned, a nozzle hole is made to agree with a communication hole between both flanges, a vapor is spouted from the nozzle hole, a vapor pressure before the vapor is throttled is detected and a vapor temperature is detected after the vapor is expanded. SOLUTION: Circular recessed parts 10, 20 are formed respectively in central parts on opposite faces of flanges 2, 4, a hole 9 is made in a point at a prescribed distance from the recessed part 10, an entrance hole (e) is formed in the face 4 so as to face the hole 9, and a communication hole 8 is made on' the opposite side. A nozzle plate 3 is installed between the flanges 2, 4, protrusions 21 are formed in central parts on both faces, and a plurality of nozzle holes are made in points at prescribed distances from the protrusions 21. A vapor introduction pipe 1 is connected, the nozzle plate 3 is turned by a worm gear 6 and a driving motor 16, any nozzle hole is made to agree with the hole 9 and the entrance hole (e), and the flanges 2, 4 are tightened by nuts. A vapor is spouted from the nozzle holes so as to be expanded. A vapor pressure is measured by a pressure gage before the vapor is throttled, a vapor temperature is measured by a thermometer after the vapor is expanded, and the moisture portion of the vapor as an object to be measured is found.
