摘要： PURPOSE:To diversify the type of master fuel and extend the application range to a boiler, by providing the order of priority to each kind of fuel so that they may be a master fuel and further establishing both an upper limit point and a lower limit point which constitute the requirements for fuel change over. CONSTITUTION:A change over device 9 transmits a flow rate signal of fuel type A to a lower limit monitor 41, a pressure signal of the fuel A to an upper and lower limit monitor 47 and a temperature signal of the fuel A to an upper and lower limit monitor 48. Furthermore, master control signals of B, C, and D types of fuel are respectively transmitted to NOT circuits 44, 45, and 46, and priority No. 1 and other requirements are transmitted where the change over requirements are decided by an AND circuit 42. More specifically, the flow rate of the fuel A which ranks as No. 1 in priority, deviates from a specified range, a logic signal of 0 will be output from the upper and lower limit monitor 41, thereby turning the output of the AND circuit 42 into 0. Then, the signal transmitted from the switch over device 9 changes over the fuel demand to A fuel demand. When the A type fuel is separated from the master fuel, the AND circuit 42 equivalence becomes 1 and the B type fuel carries out pressure control.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform control over a main steam pressure as well as a load and to save an energy by a method wherein a load setting value is varied in response to a varying amount of receiving auxiliary fuel gas and the load is controlled in response to the difference between a load setting value and an actual load. CONSTITUTION:When an auxiliary fuel gas receiving operation is requested, a load controlling controller 11 is automatically set and a changing-over switch 12 is turned ON. A load set value SP2 predetermined by a load adjuster (ALR) 10 and a power generating conversion value X corresponding to a variation volume of receiving auxiliary fuel gas are added to each other by an adder 13 to get an added value XL. Then, a rate of variation is varied to the added value XL with a specified rate of variation Y of the receiving auxiliary fuel gas by a variation rate control unit 14 to make a load setting value YL. A deviation DELTAL between the target load value YL and a power generator output MW sensed by a power generator output transducer 15 is calculated by a subtractor 16 and proportionally integrated with a load controlling controller 11, thereafter it is sent to ALR 10. ALR 10 adjusts the turbine governor valve in response to the deviation DELTAL and controls the load.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make possible the holding of the balance of an outlet steam temperature of 4-systems of superheaters automatically. CONSTITUTION:Metal temperatures of superheaters A1, A2, B1 and B2 are detected separately. Deviation signals 13A of the A1 and A2 are inputted into a PI controller 15A through a dead band 14A to obtain A1/A2 bias signals 8. The bias signals 8 are added to an opening command signal 5b to generate an opening command signal 16b while being subtracted from an opening command signal 5a to generate an opening command signal 16a. Thus, superheater spray control valves 1 and 2 controlled so that the opening thereof increases on the high temperature side to lover the metal temperature and it decreases on the low temperature side to raise the metal temperature.

When a target value of flow quantity and a rate of change are fed, a memorized burner characteristic curve is referred and the the number of used burners is determined and the order of the burners to be ignited and extinguished is determined by a built-in order setting function for ignition and fire-extinction and the scheduled time is indicated by a guide indicator 2.
