摘要： PURPOSE:To permit the speedy centering by inputting the initial state of a work as the necessary conversion values of sensors into a controller and adjusting the horizontal degree and the right-angle degree on the basis of the initial state. CONSTITUTION:The initial state where a work is installed onto a work installation table 9, namely the intitial state obtained from the detected values by sensors 14-19, horizontal degree, and right-angle degree data are memorized into a control board 10. Centering is performed by adjusting the horizontal degree and the right-angle degree, comparing the memorized data with the sensing values of the sensors 14-19. With such constitution, the necessity of metering midway in the operation is obviated, and speedy centering is permitted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To aim at enhancing the efficiency of centering work of a workpiece and as well at alleviating a burden to the worker, by providing a device for adjusting the position of the workpiece, three-dimensionally. CONSTITUTION:Two horizontality adjusting jacks 12 are arranged at positions along one side of a rectangular base bed 11, and are positioned as two apexes of a triangle, and further, a horizontality adjusting jack 13 which is also used as a fulcrum, is arranged at a position corresponding to the remaining apex of the triangle. The front end sections 12a of the jacks 12 are slidably coupled with a workpiece attaching table 14, and the front end section 13a of the jack 13 is coupled with the table 14 through a spherical surface bearing. Further, the movable section of an right angle adjusting jack 15 which is provided on the base bed 11 between the two jacks 12, is coupled with a coupling member 16 integrally incorporated with the table 14. With this arrangement the efficiency of centering work of a workpiece may be enhanced, and as well it is possible to aim at alleviating a burden to the worker.
