CONSTITUTION:The beltlike steel plate 10 which extends longitudinally and has width t2 and thickness t2 is adhered to the center part of the longitudinal partition wall 4 and the width t2 and thickness t3 of the steel plate 10 are so set that t2 >= rho1/rho2Xt1 and t3 > t0. (where t0 is the gap between the partition wall 4 and cement 1, t1 the thickness of the cement 1, rho1 the density of the cement 1, and rho2 the density of the steel plate 10). Consequently, radiation 8 from a goods house due to streaming is cut off by the same shield effect with the presence part of the cement 1 by the steel plate 10 corresponding to the shield performance of the thickness of the cement 1. Further, when radiation 8' is entered along a gap 7 of the external surface of the steel plate 10 as shown by a broken-line arrow in a figure, the shield ability decreases by the thickness t2 as compared with other parts. This simple structure precludes deterioration in shield performance.

    • PURPOSE: To carry out assembling in a short time without need for providing any particular scaffolding by joining the side boards of ship-side upper and lower blocks to each other with said side boards as a base, connecting each of said upper and lower blocks via a temporarily provided reinforcing pillar, and carrying out transfer to a defined position by means of a crane.
      CONSTITUTION: A bilge hopper block 2 is joined to a top side tank block 3 on a horizontal surface with their respective side boards 2c, 3c as a base. A temporarily provided reinforcing pillar 5 is connected to both top surface 2a of a hopper plate and the bottom surface 3a of a tank bottom board via eye plates 2b, 3b which are temporarily provided on these surfaces. Transfer to a defined block part is carried out by means of a crane, etc. Thereby, it is not necessary to provide any particular scaffolding, every welding work etc. can be performed looking downward, and the whole work can be carried out safely and simply.
