摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance accuracy in the detection of central position and radius of a coil. SOLUTION: Laser slit image forming units 6, 7 are provided with a function for converting an image signal picked up through CCD cameras 1, 2 through an A/D converter, operating the difference from an image data picked up (n) frames before and synthesizing a laser slit image of grey image through frame integration of the operation results. An outer circumferential data detector 8 is provided with a function for detecting the three-dimensional position of outer circumferential data of coil by synthesizing the laser slit image in the radial direction of coil comprising grey image. An opposite ends detector 9 is provided with a function for detecting the three-dimensional position of coil at the opposite ends in breadthwise direction by synthesizing the laser slit image in the breadthwise direction of coil comprising grey image. Since the laser slit image is synthesized as a grey image, fine patterning can be realized with high resolution and the accuracy can be enhanced in the detection of central position and radius of a coil.
