摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a high capacity electrode at a low price, by placing the side board, Cu plate and spacer on the current transmission board and carrying out diffusion welding of each joining part by using heating jig after laminating with the clearance left. CONSTITUTION:The side board 8, the spacer 11 and the current transmission board 7, are placed on the pressure jig 13 of welding machine. The side board 9, the Cu plate 10 used for current transmission board and the spacer 11, are placed on the board 7. Plural side boards 8 and plural boards 7, are successively laminated putting between the spacer 11 by leaving the clearance that corresponds to the amount of transformation at the time of welding. The board 7, 8, the spacer 11 and the pressure jig 13', are placed on the uppermost step and these are set. Next, diffusion welding of the joining parts 14, 15 is carried out under pressure by raising temperature in vacuum or inactive gas atmosphere. By the above method, transformation at the time of welding is not occurred and electrode for sticking prevention apparatus of ocean living thing which is firmly joined each board 7, 8, 9 and Cu plate 10, can be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To markedly raise the concn. of methanol at the outlet of a reactor as compared with a conventional method, by keeping the temp. of water, which is brought into contact with the outer surface of a downstream side reaction pipe, to a temp. lower than that of water brought into contact with the outer surface of an upstream side reaction pipe. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of reaction tubes 12, 13 filled with a catalyst are provided so as to be separated into a plurality of upper and lower stages and gas to be reacted is flowed through the reaction tubes 12, 13 in series while the outer surface of each reaction tube is brought into contact with water having a saturation temp. to allow the heat of reaction of gas to transfer to the water side and the temp. of the gas in each reaction tube is controlled. In this reactor, the temp. of water brought into contact with the outer surface of the downstream side reaction tube 13 is held to a temp. lower than that of water brought into contact with the outer surface of the upstream side reaction tube 12. As a result, the concn. of methanol at the outlet of the reactor can be raised markedly as compared with a conventional method and this reactor is useful in enhancing the capacity of an industrial plant.
