    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress regeneration of dioxins by recombusting exhaust gas or fly ash at a specified recombustion temperature for a specified recombustion storing time and specifying air supply during recombustion thereby reducing adhesion of molten fly ash to apparatus. SOLUTION: A recombustion chamber 22 is disposed on the downstream side of a discharging opening of exhaust gas from a fluidized bed furnace 21 and on the upstream side of an exhaust gas cooling facility, e.g. a boiler. A plurality of combustion burners 28 are mounted on the furnace wall face of the recombustion chamber 22 and fly ash in exhaust gas is melted by a flame 14 from the combustion burner 28 before being exhausted from an exhaust duct 27. The recombustion chamber 22 is constructed such that the inner temperature can be st at 850 deg.C or above and at least 2 sec of fly ash storing time can be ensured. Furthermore, a free port section 23 is provided with a throat section 24 in order to set the secondary air supply rate at 50-70%, to limit the air volume to 1.5 times of theoretical air volume or less, and to limit the current velocity of primary air 4 at 1 m/sec or below thus ensuring oxygen concentration of 8% or less at the furnace outlet.
